Install excellent - slow service when fixes are needed

I had a great installation with Tahmim, who went out of his way to make sure everything was working perfectly.
However they needed to change something on my account after install & since then I’ve had no broadband. They said they were going to fix it that same day but it's taken 4 days to fix.
Frustrating start but hoping for better now I have service again.

AWFUL SERVICE, TERRIBLE DELIVERY. NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give them zero starts I would.

AWFUL customer service; they don't answer calls or emails when I received no contact with regards to delivery of a shed. And despite constant attempts to chase for information, absolutely no prior notice of delivery despite promises.

After 2 weeks of calling their customer service with no luck, I still had no delivery date and then the carrier just turned up one weekday afternoon. To top it off when I asked them to bring 4 large and very heavy packages into my flat they said no, that's not their job - no joke I had to carry the wooden shed from the van to my flat myself!

When I contacted Robert Dyas to let them know I thought this was extremely poor service and that my arms were bleeding from having to carry the item myself, they didn't admit fault or offer any compensation. Or even an apology.

I've never received such awful service and will never be purchasing from Robert Dyas in the future.
