I phoned to request a quote for an Orangery, that evening I called back as they did not call me, I was informed the sales lady had gone home, and she would definitely ring me to arrange a quote, a week later nothing, good job I did not have to wait in for the someone not to come to my house,second double glazing company to let us down yet more of the usual shabby commercial incompetence. Well, provide the number you ca!led from and I will amend my review and apologise. However, I am delighted that you refuse to provide me with a quote,I am sure that another local company will be happy to take advantage of your mealy mouthed response.
I am not sure who is dealing with this at Kingfisher, please let this go now you starting to look like even more of a shambles with this recent reply.

I made an online appointment with Anglian to provide a quote for a connsevatory/extension. I was assured a designer would contact me and would be at my house for Wednesday at midday, I waited in for their representative expecting a call in the morning. I received no call and the designer failed to turn up.I have had no follow up emails apologising or making an excuse for their shabby treatment and commercial incompetence . Too busy to even come and provide a quote, we will offer our job to Kingfisher Windows,

Review of Scrap Car Network
I scrapped a car through "Srap Car Network", after reading all the positive reviews on Trustpilot. I was encouraged to take payment by bank transfer, I asked for a payment by cheque and was offered a reduced price and was assured that the driver would hand me a cheque on his arrival, I was not provided a cheque by Warren the driver of the recovery truck when he arrived and collected my vehicle.
I sent an email to the address as per their website and it was returned undelivered, and I also contacted them by phone and gave them the correct address for my cheque, I was assured that my cheque payment would be with me in 3 days. Two weeks from the collection of my car I have still not been paid!!!!
PS, Within minutes of the posting of this negative review I have been contacted by "Scrap Car Network", however, I have still not received a satisfactory explanation as to why a cheque has not arrived with me 3 days after I was promised I would be paid.
I have had calls from SCN today 19/07/2019 and I hope to be paid in the next three days, Well done the super helpful lady who took my call earlier, Carl (Sp) and Ryan, this is what good customer service feels you get * * * * * for this aspect of my contact with you.

We apologise for the miscommunication and the inconvenience. Once the cars have been collected then we send a cheque from the office. Your cheque was sent out to the address where we collected the vehicle from the day after the car was collected. We have tried to call you regarding the payment, please can you call us on 0300 100 0028 to sort this matter out as soon as possible.
