I made an online appointment with Anglian to provide a quote for a connsevatory/extension. I was assured a designer would contact me and would be at my house for Wednesday at midday, I waited in for their representative expecting a call in the morning. I received no call and the designer failed to turn up.I have had no follow up emails apologising or making an excuse for their shabby treatment and commercial incompetence . Too busy to even come and provide a quote, we will offer our job to Kingfisher Windows,
