Excellent customer service from a company I trust

I experienced a problem with the delivery of my item. The parcel had been tampered with and the package was empty. The customer service agent resolved the issue immediately and I received a replacement the next day. This is my third order from Current Body. The guidance I received to help me with this particular purchase was informative and very helpful . This was my third purchase from Current Body and due to the excellent customer service I have always received I will continue to use this company for this kind of item in future.

Yet again took day off work for Siemens…

Yet again took day off work for Siemens not to turn up to fit a meter. This appointment was booked 3 months ago, after last missed one, and even got confirmation booking yesterday - ironically telling me if I can't make the date there is a 30 cancellation charge !

Siemen's call centre told me all the engineers are leaving but senior management don't seem to care / understand they have outsourced to a bunch of cowboys and just bat you back

FU Shambles

All good

Great quality product that made a really fun gift (ordered the 2 foot cut out). The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy with delivery being far quicker than expected. The video offering guidance on how to take the best photos for the purpose was also really helpful,
