Waste of Money and Time - Absolutely Avoid
Bought a high-end fridge/freezer after 3 years noticed an issue with the fridge not working or holding temperature. Paid £109 for a technician call out, gentleman spent 2 minutes in the house to tell me that the problem wasn't fixable and the only solution was to buy an entire new fridge. Siemens offered a £50 refund off the call out feel IF we bought a new appliance from them, but no discount on said appliance and no guarantee that the new one wouldn't have the exact same problem. Customer service on the phone was dreadful and very obviously couldn't have cared less about our experience. Will absolutely NEVER buy another Siemens/Bosch/Neff product and will be sure to pass this recommendation on to all our friends and family. Looking forward to our new fridge-freezer that will literally be any other brand

I have received service from authorized service twice for the noise and vibration problem in the integrated refrigerator that we use in our home, but the problem has not been resolved yet. Even though they disassembled the refrigerator and replaced the parts, the complaint still continues to increase. I request a replacement, otherwise I will file a lawsuit against your company and I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce regarding the grievance you have caused. Lawyer Hasan Baysal.
Siemens top model fails just after warranty expiration
Bought a Siemens washing machine IQ 800 - one of their top models - in June 2023. Now where the warranty has just expired by 1,5 months, the machine starts having a scraping noise when washing. I talked to Siemens, but they will not do anything about it - I would have to pay a lot of money for a technician. When paying 1400 EUR for a washing machine, it must run flawless for much more than 2 years! I used to be very satisfied with Siemens which is why I chose it again. But not anymore!!
Wish I'd purchased a Miele
Spent a small fortune on a top-of-the-range Washing Machine. After working fine for several months, it has developed a fault where it won't turn on 75% of the time. An engineer came out under warranty, and he advised that there is a software bug that can't be resolved until there is a new firmware update. I was advised there is no indication when the software will be updated, and three weeks later, I still don't have a properly working washing machine. Well over £1000 wasted. Wish I'd purchased a Miele.
Extremely Disappointed with Siemens Service
We purchased a Siemens built-in coffee machine (CT918L1B0/02) in June 2024 for our newly built home. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced constant issues since the very beginning: the appliance regularly fails to turn on after entering standby mode. Despite multiple visits from Siemens technicians and even the replacement of parts, this issue remains unresolved after more than a year.
During the latest technician’s visit, Siemens concluded the issue was caused by “noise on the power frequency” in our newly built home, advising us to resolve this ourselves. This is completely unacceptable, especially since all other appliances in our home operate perfectly without any issues. Siemens has left us disappointed by failing to take proper responsibility for their product.
Do not call out a Siemens Engineer
Very prompt to get an engineer out to fix my issue, so was very happy that an engineer was available next day. Charge was £120 for 2 minutes observation of induction hob that was no fixable and I required a brand new induction hob at cost of £750! Try to avoid calling out a Siemens Engineer - did. I thing to fix issue.

Used Siemens BSH repair service for a washing machine.
Problem - washing machine works but is noisy on spin.
Initial visit - Tue 17th June - diagnoses fault. Will come back with part.
1st visit - Fri 20th June - returns and completely dissembles washing machine. Instals new part and then tells us it’s cracked and leaking. Washing machine now inoperable.
Manages to snap plinth on kitchen cupboards.
Will order new parts and return.
Mon 23 June - no news from Siemens so I call them. New part is out of stock and will be delivered in 2 weeks!
No offer of temporary washing machine or to cover cost of washing clothes.
Charlene ‘team leader’ - basically tells me there’s nothing they can do and I should just wait until I hear from them.
Terrible customer service.
Let’s see how long it takes to resolve this situation.

Unhelpful when asking for advice
Ordered a part for my relatively old range cooker as i have done on at least 2 other occasions from Siemens. Part took almost 3 weeks to arrive i was not to concerned as it is old and parts may not be on shelf. On installing i called the customer helpline on the saturday said unable to take calls due to unforeseen circumstances , called Monday as a wire had dislodged and i wanted to know where to reconnect , extremely unhelpful call handler took all my details then told me he couldnt tell me where to reconnect as i wasnt " gas safe" even after i explained i just want to reconnect a loose wire , i had to get a gas safe installer to call several days later even then they wanted him to send an e mail explaining the situation took about 2 hours to get the information. They willingly sold me the part , which again was, vastly overpriced, with no problem then refused to help me when i was needing a little advice. Diabolically poor unhelpful and frustrating customer service ill never use them again and i would advise others to avoid at all costs .

The worst company to ever deal with.
They booked a repair visit. Engineer arrived and assessed and said he needs two parts to repair. Booked a follow up visit two weeks after, then postponed it one more week, then on the day of the said visit, called to say they can’t come because parts are still not available.
Then booked for two weeks later, for engineer to come and say the engineer before him ordered the wrong parts.
Is this a game or something? How many months will it take? How many time off I should take off work for useless appointments to happen?
Rubbish after sales
I would have given less than one if I could. I have a fault with my dishwasher so I called Siemens to book a service call. Well the call is for a call out no options for a total cost like most appliance companies. I thought Siemens were a premium brand but not now. They cost a fortune and when they break they cost a fortune to fix. I also chatted on-line and was not impressed all in all I won’t be buying anymore Siemens appliances

My dishwasher is 3 years old and broke down in 1st year, 2nd year and twice so far in 3rd year. Siemens are difficult to deal with. Engineer not accepting machine is faulty. How many times does it have to break down for them to realise this fact. Don't buy Siemens

Ordered a coffee machine via Siemens! Got delivered wrong machine people be aware u might be scammed by Siemens self! In steed of EQ6 S500 they send me s100 witch is cheaper machine. Probably hopping to have it delivered maybe to old people who don’t see the difference?! Poor customer support! Send mail with should i expect my S500 delivered no answer….. ignore them!!!
Send machine back (they ask to insure it back) according to post office not possible as its already payed by Siemens self offered to pay extra to have insurance as u never know post.nl is also not really trustful got answer not possible!!

3 year old Siemens iQ700 stainless steel dishwasher rusting badly on the edges of the door. Siemens not interested in replacing as they do not give a warranty against rust. Do not buy this expensive inferior product.

Soy un cliente fiel de la marca Siemens desde hace más de 30 años, pero nunca compraré otro producto mientras viva. Cada electrodoméstico de mi cocina es un producto Siemens. Compramos una lavadora nueva hace más de 3 semanas. Todavía estamos esperando que llegue. La atención al cliente es nula. La fecha ha sido cambiada y cancelada 4 veces. Hoy por fin nos ha llegado la confirmación de fecha y hora y todavía no ha llegado. Además, el extractor (que tiene 1 año) ha empezado a estar temperamental. A veces, la única forma de apagarlo es cortando el suministro eléctrico a la cocina desde el cuadro de fusibles de la red eléctrica. Un hombre ha estado dos veces pero no ha hecho nada excepto apretar unos botones y se ha ido. Toda la experiencia ha sido espantosa. Se supone que Siemens es un producto de calidad, pero el servicio definitivamente no lo es.

I have been a loyal brand customer of Siemens for over 30 years but I will never buy another product as long as I live. Every electrical appliance in my kitchen is a Siemens product. We bought a new washing machine over 3 weeks ago. We are still waiting for it to arrive. The customer service is zero. The date has been changed and cancelled 4 times. Today we finally got a confirmation of date and time and it still has not arrived. Also the extractor fan (which is 1 year old) has started being temperamental. sometimes the only way to switch it off is to cut the power to the kitchen from the mains fuse board. A man has been twice but done nothing except press a few buttons and left. The whole experience has been appalling. Siemens is supposed to be a quality product but the service is most definitely not.

Very disappointed with my Siemens dishwasher which is only six years old. It has developed a rare problem according the (nice) engineer that was not my fault. I chose Siemens as I thought they were the most durable and the best but I will be looking elsewhere in the future
Nice dishwasher, excellent customer service
The dishwasher is nice and quiet and good range of programmes. Unfortunately, it didn't wash well when first installed. Reported it to the retailer, service visit arranged straight away, excellent communications, the engineer came, had the necessary parts to fix the problem. All sorted out quickly on the first visit. Its regrettable there was a problem with the machine, but now pleased with the dishwasher and couldn't fault Siemens' response to the problem, hence the 5 stars.

I have an £800 coffee machine that has a fault at ten months old. Siemens took it in for repair, and then returned the unit without rectifying the fault. When I followed up the response from JW of the Technical Inspection & Repair Team is ‘If you are unhappy, you will need to speak to your retailer’ - complete fob off. Case closed from their perspective, despite being sent a video of the remaining fault.

I brought a dishwasher and a fridge from this company. Both are substandard.
The dishwasher does not clean or dry the dishes adequately. There is always water left on the glasses, cups, cutlery and plates. I have to use a tea towel to dry most things before putting them away. Take no notice of the Zeolith drying technology, it doesn't exist. The engineer told me all dishwashers work the same, there's no difference in technology, so I take from that, there is no difference between a Hotpoint and a Siemens, only the price. The second engineer visited this morning after months of trying to get this resolved. His answer to everything was to increase the setting of the rinse aid from 2 to 5, and that apparently is going to fix the washing ability and drying power of the machine. I dont think so!!!!!
The fridge has copious amounts of water running down the back of the fridge or it is completely frozen. The veg compartment is full of water and condensation. All the veg goes off very quickly.
Before this fridge, I had a Siemens for 20 years, it worked perfectly. I never had compartments full of water or water dripping excessively down the back of the fridge.
This company has obviously gone down hill. Where are these products being made? Surely it is not in Germany!
