Spoke to Kraig regarding a problem I was having with our batteries no longer charging. He was able to provide guidance on the things to check and then when it was clear there was a problem arranged replacements.

I ordered for the item to go to the local Pavers in Gretna Caledonia, but although it said it would be delivered by last weekend, I have not yet received confirmation that it has even been delivered.

On time departure and arrivals on both legs which was great. Good service.

The ordering process was straightforward and they kept me informed when they were going into production. The production took a little longer because of lockdown but it was well worth the wait. I bought this tap to go with a new sink I purchased. It hasn't been fitted yet, but I'm very happy with the solid quality of the tap and can't wait to see it all fitted and working well.

The garden table and chairs bought were good quality and good value and delivery arrived quickly and was straightforward. All items come flatpack so putting them together does take some time but the instructions are clear.
