I've been using this company for years…

I've been using this company for years now can't fault the quality really I'm slightly worried about the increase in prices when I first started using them it was £2.5 now it's over £7 for the product
It's a good business their detailed in what they do for the money there's not much competition in this field at this price

Steer clear awful experience.

IMHO: I am a 61 year old watch collecting enthusiast, I am not a hack or an anorak, but I have loved timepieces since I was about 6 years old. My love for horology rekindled in around 1980 and it went from there. I have a low level collection. I listened to a lot of You Tube influencers over the last 18 months during the international crisis and they keep going on about this company, so i put an advert on the site to sell my beloved sisters Longines watch for £1000. At first the site rejected the advert so i did it again. Then i got an email stating it was under review. After three phone calls to people that appeared to be operating somewhere in Europe the advert was cancelled with no reason given. They refuse to answer emails, communicate, talk or give advice as to what is going on. This organization is a complete and utter load of rubbish, I get better treatment on eBay, Gumtree and Friday Ad. 'Dont be fooled'. I am a retired Military intelligence expert in security protocols. These people and this firm act very strange indeed. IMHO:

I strongly recommend the purchase of PC software from this business model. "5 Stars" * * * * *

Although I had issues with Mssr Aronson last year (Admittedly partly my part) I must say the last 2 years has become a superlative experience. (One can be put it down to inexperience, very much akin to getting used to the finest Stilton cheese and wine). This is a very good business model and in the long term, I am very impressed. Long may it continue. I strongly recommend the purchase of PC software from this business model. "5 Stars" * * * * *

Zero Zero Stars.

I have been involved with them the PHSO in 6 cases since 2011.
Everything that has been said on here by other posters, I can ratify and agree with wholeheartedly.
I wouldn't know where to start.
I thought there would be changes with the new CEO after Mellor left.
However 'NO' within a matter of months they have gone back to type and singing from the same government cabal hymn sheet.
Last year in the Justice for Matt & Ben case, I thought with the announcement from the new CEO things were heading in a new light.
However I can see this appears to be nothing short of rhetorical white wash, lip paid service.
They will be inundated with cases after the international crisis and they are not helping themselves or the client complainants.
Something has got be done and someone has got to change both this organisation and the SRA.
It cannot go on like this any longer.
I have two brain damaged sons in their mid 20's and both my wife and I have had NHS medical related issues in all cases we have reported matters to the PHSO and never had one finding brought to book.
To go into detail would be long and lengthy.
ZERO, ZERO Stars.
Sorry but its the truth.

Beautiful car

Alfa Romeo MITO 105 (Sprint)
Beautiful car, lovely people at the call centre in Italy who really seem to care.
The best car I've owned next to a bmw mini in 42 years of driving.

WH Brown Colchester is probably the best in town.

WH Brown Colchester is probably the best estate agent in the town. Pound for pound i know its tough, but they clearly know their game in a very rough and highly competitive ever changing environment.
Mr Phillip Lay-Flurie is one of the best agents I've come across and I am pleased that he has become a partner of the local branch.
They're worth their weight in gold and the low cost sales mediums don't stand a chance against the real thing I'm afraid.

This has to be the £1,000 joke of the decade?

90 minutes hanging on the phone passed from one handler to another, then cut off the phone 5 times at customer services.
£900 AEG double oven cooker, parts missing (replaced). Now a 4 inch piece of the self cleaning lining to the the double oven has fallen off and broken away.
This is german produce not to the usual german standards.
My account number is 2TS0158642.
This has to be the £1,000 joke of the decade?

They are an utter nightmare.

Ive had four of these boilers two of them I inherited in properties bought and they are an utter nightmare. The just don't go the distance and its a constant nail-biting event as to when they're going to breakdown. A low cost installation for my mother turned into an apocalyptic event after a flue started dripping so instead of the £550 repair mum had to opt for a new one. My brother bought a new build that hadn't been lived in for some time turned on the machine and the gas valve went. Ive had four of these and all of them were awful in the last 10 years.
I have two vaillant boilers one of them 12 years old, never had a part fitted to them.
This "appears" to be a license to print money on the back of shoddy production.
Don't buy this product.

Possibly the worst quango or redress organisation in the UK ?

Possibly the worst quango or redress organisation on record with the DWP & The Home Office running 2nd & 3rd place. I thought the PHSO Ombudsman was bad, but they got a decent new broom and look what happened there? The SRA appears to be a moribund, toothless, recalcitrant, belligerent quango-ite organisation funded by those it polices and represents. The maths here is simple it "Does Not Work". My half sibling's parent (82) died a year ago, 21 weeks before the person passed away they changed their will 3 times in 21 weeks. The client disinherited 2 disabled grandchildren who had been in their longest standing last will and testament of 9 years, to leave the money to a religious charity. The Lawyer, the GP (who did the 10 minute capacity assessment) and the Practise Manager to the GP surgery all resigned or mysteriously retired around 21 weeks after the client passed away. The Lawyers paperwork was all over the place and the letter/statement to the trustees of the charity was totally scandalous, contradictory and inaccurate. Statements were made in the Lark & Nugus report relating to the client showing secret hiding places in the home of the client, (it was known that the client had tens of thousands of pounds hidden in the property).
The client couldn’t speak English properly due to being foreign and with serious medical issues.
The lawyer admitted and declared to their practise manager that the client gave them a £100 gift in cash under the guise that it was accepted as a token allegedly thrusted upon them ! The lawyer failed to get the testator to understand their obligations to the changes they were making in their will (i.e. their son or grandchildren). The testator didn't understand the size of their assets quoting half of the estate and the lawyer tried to manipulate the GP to cover the discrepancy in a letter to the GP, this was after the capacity assessment was ordered at the end of the 3 wills being drafted or signed and an 8 month back and forth association with the client. The law firm appeared to have distant links with the religious organisation via a religious school/academy.
The SRA did absolutely nothing virtually appearing to give carte blanche' to the law firm. The SRA "appears" to adopt the attitude that unless the matter goes to court and police are involved they won’t get involved.
The report writing by the handler was one of the worst I’ve seen on record.
This has got to stop and someone with influence and clout needs to get involved and make changes. The last laugh appears to be on the client complainants. The SRA “appears” recalcitrant and belligerent against complainants, in its defence to their fee paying members.
One retired family friend a lawyer of 50 years, laughed their socks off when they were told the matter was being reported to the SRA stating “they won’t do anything”. Went on to say “why do you think the industry is treated in such disdain similar to estate agents, car dealers and police”?
I’m afraid they were right and this has got to stop. 142 articles on Trustpilot and a 99% 1 star rating speaks for itself, I am in total agreement with others as below on this thread post.

(I urge everyone to support Paul at intelligence UK to have this moribund quango dissipated and brought to account).

Review of Barclays

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Hand on heart go elsewhere (minus 100) Stars.

In my own honest personal opinion of 60 years,What ever you do stay away from this company with the longest bargepole you can find. Banks aren't that great, but this one takes the biscuit and crushes it to oblivion. My wife's account of (4) weeks old has just been placed under review (frozen) with £1,230 inside it...(5) transactions in three and half weeks, 440, 900, 900, 22, 840 input and output and we've been SAR'd to the NCA. They hold £800 of my two disabled sons DSS money and £430 birthday money to my wife's 55th year of today, after I sold one of my vintage watch collection and banked the monies in one of their new silly machines.
This bank is paranoid, repugnant, sickening and disgusting.
Recent conspiracy investigators talk of a cult controlling society, while in my personal opinion or perception this "could" be it.
All for the fact I pushed the wrong button to the screen and didn't want £10 notes, so I put them back in again.
They refuse to parlance about it, none of them are singing from the same hymn sheet, Ive never come across such push me/pull you stories and explanations that are all over the place.
I cant wait to talk to my local MP Home Secretary Ms P Patel.
I'm well aware of what's going on in this bank locally, my wife used to work for them and is a Barclays former employee pension holder. Then there's the review team member at home operating their control box on rapid fire paranoid SAR blasts.
This is not superlative, this is not professional, this is a bank with a very bad historical past, trying to cosy up to the government with electronic algorithms that are all over the place.
The funny thing is that our money originated with them from 6 years ago via a large bond at 3.75% for 3 years which then hop'd to two other banks before ending up in our Lloyds Bank cheque account.
My sons godfather is a retired police officer and a 40 year experienced rolex and omega jeweller, he had a bond that matured with them, when he asked "what product do you have to switch to", the reply he got was "we don't want old money, we're looking for new investors". Be warned "they are the last, to be throwing stones in glass houses".
Hand on heart stay away from them go elsewhere.

Turned and very good new (4) Star leaf.

These are my own personal opinions and perceptions based on a new account customer experiences.
(Added) 21/05/2020.
After the awful report I gave them the company contacted me and I was fully compensated in abundance. The person I spoke to truly cared about the business...In this vein I have changed the (1) star to a well worthy (4) stars.
I don't like the pricing structures and I'm uncomfortable with the fact you have to pay the excess before the jobs done. However I've got to give it to them they care. I recommend this firm (Enjoy) +
