Couldn't access the address - Great excuse!

No show from the 'delivery company' DHL (oxymoron) with this wonderful excuse which they use all the time - couldn't get access to the address' meaning we didn't show up - and obviously the path (6ft) and the doorbell on show were just too damn difficult for them. I've now written to my supplier who have just switched to DHL from Yodel and told them I won't be using them anymore. Given the bad ratings that DHL have they obviously really don't care what people think or how their service looks.

Very disappointing Customer Service

The tractive itself is excellent but mine stopped working and 6 days, 3 emails, a chat, a transfer of a video showing my tracker not working ! still nothing. No complaints process or means of contacting anyone other than waiting, waiting, waiting. I paid extra for the care package but that doesn't seem to make any difference despite telling you they will replace the tracker if it stops working. Very disappointed with the service which lets down the excellent performance of the tracker itself when it does work (I've two). Shame or there would be 5 stars

Booked a collection
1. no show, 2. no apology, 3. no update, 4. no means of speaking to a human being.
Day 2 received an updated time for collection. Repeat sections 1-4 above - AGAIN

Used to have the same excellent delivery driver with 5 stars. Now someone new who left my delivery on the doorstep having asked them to deliver to next door. Didn't ring or knock or deliver to my neighbour as requested

Really helpful customer service team, I'd booked online but then realised I'd made a mistake on the start date. Really knowledgeable and helpful team. Only sorry I don't recall the man's name. But will definitely use them again for other insurance when it's due!

Shocking service

Shocking service. Have been waiting over a month for my pet claim 'to be processed'. no communication until I phone up to chase. The luxury of waiting 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. The usual 'we are receiving an increased number of calls....' excuse. Not surprising if you aren't settling claims in a timely manner. Won't be using them again. Employ more staff if you can't deliver the service people signed up for.

Fari from BG was brilliant

Fari was brilliant. First time using British Gas as I couldn't find an engineer and I heard your radio advert. Organised a visit the same week and Fari was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel totally confident in the works and advice. I won't be using anyone else from now on! Fari is a credit to BG and the whole service was great 👍🏻

Disappointing

Was very pleased to have found Hich Ltd to enable me to move on with a roof survey. Was only after I chased 2 weeks later I was told due to Covid they couldn't find a Surveyor and the one from my area was unlikely to be available when he did return. Frustrating to have wasted two weeks. I think they should've informed me rather than me have to chase.

We are disappointed you felt the need to write such a negative review at such a challenging period for all industries and the general public at large, unfortunately our surveyor field force has been affected by the present COVID19 increase in cases throughout the UK, we did try to accommodate your request by attempting to move a surveyor from an alternative area to facilitate your appointment and advised you of the situation at the earliest possible time.

We feel you comments are harsh and unjustly prejudicial giving that COVID is affecting our daily lives throughout the entire country.

Would pick DPD over any other courier service, on time, professional friendly drivers and in years of use only one mis delivery which wasn't their fault. love this company and all my 'local' driving team, Redwaan and Werner!

Tried to cancel within the legal 14…

Tried to cancel within the legal 14 days for change of mind allowable by law for online purchase - people note.
They first told me I hadn't provided the right info - I had
Then I chased them and received nothing back
Then I chased them again same response
then threatened them with legal action and received an email.
No refund but an actual response.
This company is appalling - leaving aside the really poor service for the actual dating site - irrelevant people, ignoring your criteria it's a complete waste of money - go to one of the others who at least do what they say on the tin.
I am investigating legality of what this company does as I genuinely believe it's bordering on illegal on many levels.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - READ THE REVIEWS

I guess the reviews speak for themselves. One assumes as it hasn't improved that Morphe don't actually care a dot about their customers.
Poor service, poor experience, poor everything about this company, no communication, no confirmation, no reply to requests for info. I've cancelled my order. I'll buy from a company that deserves the business. In the 21st Century, they can't get simple customer service and shipping right? I hope they go under as a result when people realise they are not worth it. They deserve it.

Poor delivery service that doesn't do what they say it does

I'm sorry to say that having had two deliveries in a week the whole delivery experience is really poor.
They claim you can contact the driver to get a clearer picture of ETA especially when there is 10 minutes to go and you haven't received anything and the web site says they can't update their system. If it had happened once I could've put it down to a glitch but exactly the same experience today. Unavailable for the customer service person who tried too. They just put you in a pointless loop that tells you the timescales and that your delivery is happening today, not much help. I'm beginning to believe their whole, 'you can contact your driver is not true', they just say that to imply the experience is far more flexible and professional than it is. In this day of technology, GPS trackers and linked comms it isn't difficult to achieve. Won't be ordering from them again.

I'm very sorry that the delivery information wasn't updated accurately. I completely understand your frustration.

The live tracking system is completely automated and works off the drivers hand held terminal. It updates as each delivery is completed. Having looked at the notes on your order, I can see that your delivery arrived later than the estimated timeslot.. We always do our best to deliver within the slot, however, delays can be caused sometimes. This can be due to circumstances out of our control like traffic or drivers being held up on other deliveries.

I'm very sorry to learn that you won't use us again. I sincerely hope that you will give us another chance. As a gesture of good will, I'm happy to offer you a timeslot in advance for your next delivery. This applies on all items except computing products and integrated appliances that are being installed by us. If you wish to take us up on this offer or if we can help with anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us.
