DO NOY USE THIS COMPANY I did a one time top up and 4 weeks later they took money from my account without my permission or knowledge as a subscription ,I demanded a refund but got an email telling me I agreed to it by buying a top up SCAM ALERT would have given zero for customer service
this is the second top up company that did this

Took money from my account without authorisation,refused refund insisting their site tells you you are getting a subscription ,DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

very happy generally though the boxes are sometimes all full. Or I have to use a bigger one than necessary

Nice area between fuengarola and toremelinos,great beach and walks ,fairly quiet not huge amount to do ,hotel is a bit confusing with lifts being the main issue ,otherwise very nice

I sent a letter registered on 15th October, 14 days later it is still showing at the birmingham depot ,I have emailed Claire who said she was sorry and would send the queries to the branch manager ,2 weeks later nothing, no letter or excuse Absolutely atrocious service I will never use them again

I was not sure if there would be enough to keep me occupied for a week in Rekjavik,turns out i was wrong , A fantastic holiday in a glorious country ,we hired a car and got to do so much ,it was cold as expected but the sun was out all hut one afternoon ,the light was glorious for photos of which i took many, hotel room was bijou but adequate as most people seem to do 3 or 4 nights, food was tremendous never went more than 400 metres to find a quality restaurant not to be missed 😀
