I bought a jacket and later returned it. The service was ok but not particularly warm or welcoming. The atmosphere came across as rather aloof, as though they judged who was worth their attention.
For a brand that promotes itself as luxury, I expected a warmer, pleasant experience. Unfortunately, it left me not wanting to return.

Love getting my supplements here. My knee pain has really improved after taking the turmeric, ginger and black pepper. I never thought it would work but it does!
Review of Infusd
Infusd is great! Their Super Greens Watermelon tablets taste fantastic, so refreshing and nothing like the usual grassy greens powders. They dissolve easily, making it convenient to get a daily boost of nutrients. They are a bit expensive but I’ll pay for the convenience.

Item arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging. Additionally, I had to travel to return it, causing further inconvenience. Please improve packaging and consider offering a more convenient return process.
UPDATE- replacement box just received, also damaged! Will have to return again, will definitely ask for a refund not going through this again!!

So thrilled with my rings. Great service from Hannah at the Birmingham store, I would always ask for her. So patient and knowledgeable. Could have done with being offered a glass of water, as we were there a while! but other than that a great experience.
