Haven’t received my order. Ordered with these before twice even seeing the bad reviews, I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I know why there’s so many bad reviews all the time. Shocking customer service

Ordered few weeks ago, my items arrived very quickly. Delayed starting as had holiday coming up. Started yesterday and I’m really impressed with how lovely the products taste. Iv done quite a few VLCD diets before, but this one wins hands down for taste and has everything it’s meant to vitamin and mineral wise. Price wise this is genuinely great value for money, as some others cost an arm and a leg. Really happy with my purchase and will be ordering again to carry on with my plan.

Placed order but was informed promptly via email that item was out of stock. Was given options of very similar item (which was more expensive) or refund. I chose the similar item, geezers boxing then contacted me and offered to print my sons name on his items free of charge for the inconvenience, which I thought was a very nice gesture. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Very prompt delivery service, courier is a lovely chatty lady, who always makes an effort to smile and chat for a moment! Very professional service!
