Ordered 2 pairs golf shorts and 2 belts…

Ordered 2 pairs golf shorts and 2 belts on 26/8/25. By 6/9 still no notification of delivery and emailed to complain. By 12/9 nothing had changed and this despite their website quoting 5-7 day delivery. Raised a dispute with my credit card provider as a result.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered 3 items on 14 August quoting…

Ordered 3 items on 14 August quoting 2-3 day delivery. After a week I emailed and was told it would be with me by the end of the following week.
Order arrived 27/8 with an item missing!
No response to email, no phone number and live chat disabled. Meantime they email me every 2nd day with some "irresistible" offer!
I'll be contacting AMEX who will refund me but I will never use this company again - awful customer service

Why would you buy new..........?

I came across HM while considering options to replace an aging iMac and called them initially to discuss their process. Spoke to a helpful human which is a rarity these days. Order process was simple at a competitive price, delivery was quick, packaging robust and almost as if the product was new. MacBook Air now up and running and I can honestly say no-one could tell it from a brand new model. Brilliant experience and highly recommend HM with no hesitation.
