The experience was very easy and Anobi what’s very helpful and friendly. She explained everything so it was easy to understand.

I love getting the really cute items in the mail. We even save some to give out for trick-or-treating and all the neighbourhood kids love it. I would definitely recommend this box because you get cute items. You can’t get anywhere else and even snack snacks from other countries that are really delicious.

I used to play here and there, although my favourite group is Casino Rewards.

I decided to give them another try and won I think around $300. I don't like that their win ratio and win amount to bet amount is much lower than other places.

After I logged in, I made my deposit and tried to bet my usual $10/spin. They will only allow me to bet $3 max on some games and $4 on others.

I chatted with a rep and they said this was based on my 'game play.' I don't like those kind of obscure unclear answers.

I log in and play the demo just to try out new games but with the ridiculous bet limit I won't be playing there anymore. Casinos who play unfair with me don't earn my business or a recommendation to the MANY people I discuss slots with.

Joke of a casino in my opinion and if you are going to control the bet amount like that, don't tell me you aren't fixing the machines to lower the win rate to an unfair advantage either. Do not endorse sketchy.

I love this group of casinos and for the most part is been a very positive experience. I was playing Hyper Gold All In in June and won enough that my husband and I can finally buy a house in Canada. We are both in our 50s and it was impossible to save a down payment with the cost of living here so, I will be eternally grateful because we love our new house and were miserable in our rental with terrible neighbours downstairs who are constantly loud
They have a great variety of games, but I have noticed since I won the big amount, I haven’t been winning pretty much any time I put money in. But I can’t really complain about that. I just have to wonder if they fix it after you win. Also, I’m not happy at all because they have frozen my loyalty points and I can’t play with them. I asked about this and they couldn’t really give me a straight answer. It feels like I’m being punished for winning, which isn’t cool. I will continue to play but with the win ratio being so crappy, it won’t be nearly as often. But I will say that this Casino offered us the chance to be homeowners so I’ll be eternally grateful.
I do have to take away a star for the freezing of the loyalty points, even after I’ve deposited several times, with no reason and the win ratio going way down compared to what it used to be. That tells me that this has to be fixed.

*Update.. Yes, they did send me an obscure email with a list of possible reasons why I can't access the VIP points I earned. I have continued to play after my win, so it's not that I won and stopped playing. So, in my opinion, giving a list of several possible reasons why you can't use your points is NOT giving a clear answer. I don't like that. They also were sure to tell me they can't give me any clear timeline of when I can use the points. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm thankful I won, but I very much dislike feeling like I'm being punished for winning. And calling it a 'suspension' of points sounds exactly like that. I did nothing wrong and they can't say exactly why they did it and even urged me to 'keep playing' and at some point they don't even know in the future I could be able to access them again. I have always liked this casino group, but IMO that is sketchy. But hey, keep your few reward points captive. It equals less than my usual deposit anyway. And I'm not going to keep playing and losing to access a few points. Don't do that to your regular players. It makes the whole thing feel rigged and I really hope it isn't. Be transparent and clear.

$8 is ENTIRELY too much to charge someone for a bank transfer. Paypal charges much less. Won't be using your service or playing at that Casino again.
I had asked them to send my winnings via e-transfer and they sent it via ecoPayz anyway. When I chatted, Grand Hotel said they have to send them via a method you used before. I said I hadn't used eco in months and they said, Oh it was for a transfer back in October! This was Feb, so months before. Probably have a deal together and share the high fees.

I can see why OLG is getting such bad reviews. Up until a little more than a month ago, I would've disagreed, but they have set everything so you don't really win.
I've played on this site for YEARS. I do both free play and with real money. The free play has always been the same win ratio as real play, and that still holds true.
I used to win a decent amount. Won the light trap jackpot on Larry's Lobstermania 2 several times. Also had decent wins on Cleopatra Gold and the Cleopatra Jackpot game.
I most certainly do NOT expect to win every time, but I noted about a month ago, that ever single time I play I lose..and very quickly. They've done something to the machines to set them not to win. On my three favourite games I mentioned above, the same thing happens every time. They make you lose at least $100 and during that time, you might win .80 - $2.00 and that's with making a $5 bet. Ridiculous!
The Cleopatra Gold game has this strip that says the game's name and if you get it on two or less reels, it might pop up to fill the board and then Cleopatra spins for you. This used to happen pretty frequently, but now, you have to lose $70 min before that bar will stretch up and give you the bonus.
They have definitely set their machines not to pay out. If you're VERY lucky, you might win back to what you started with.
I refuse to deposit there until they go back to being at least as honest as they were before. I've been playing free a few times a week to see if anything has changed, but it is always the same. Free spins have become non-exixstent. So has Lobstermania bonus with the three lobsters. I used to get free spins pretty frequently on the Cleopatra Jackpot game, but they hardly ever happen there either.
I won't be playing again. The are the greediest casino with the lowest payout ratio I've ever seen. There are plenty of other great casinos that have a fair win rate. Jackpot City is now my go to.

This really is a different kind of payday loan place. The minute I stepped in, I felt welcome. They are also very transparent and every detail of the loan and process was disclosed. I've never been treated with such friendliness and respect in a payday loan store. Forget the others, Pay2Day will be my go to. Melissa and her boss were so friendly and helpful. We even got to talk books for a few minutes. Highly recommend.

Always friendly and helpful. There for me in a pinch with higher borrow amount than Money Mart...lower payback too!
