Have an account use it regularly
Changed my address
Deposited from my paycheck and also government benefits
Refunded my payment the first time for no apparent reason
Got the payment resent after my account was finished being reviewed
Now it’s been 3 days since my paycheck was processed into my Payz account it has not shown up in the app nor have they emailed me about my deposits
I’ve sent multiple emails but I’m clearly being ignored.
Ridiculous customer service they say 24 hours and I’ve waited DAYS for a response and to this day I still have no reply
Total sum gone unaccounted for £500.
Don’t use this bank as your main bank.

Seems to be a bit of a con

Seems to be a bit of a con. My father is locked in an endless loop trying to get an account verified so that he can withdraw money deposited from by another party. All ID is provided as requested but there are constant requests to resend them when they are perfectly clear. I think because he is elderly they are winding it out as long as possible in the hope he will give up.

My girlfriend sent me money a an…

My girlfriend sent me money a an emergency and was immediately sent an email asking questions regarding the incoming transfer which I answered and shown proof however I’ve come to realise the next morning they decide to close my account with no reason whatsoever,literally not even an email explaining why, and I’ve tried to contact via email but haven’t got a response yet. What’s going to happen regarding the money my girly sent me because this is day light robbery at this point

A complete unprofessional joke.. avoid if possible

I have submitted all the verification documents 6 days ago. I am still waiting for them to "verify" one photo in which they requested I hold a note etc. Customer service is 24/7?? Since when? I haven't gotten a single response in days and when I send them messages it comes back to my email as undeliverable. I am completely disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone looking to have actual customer service or access to their money. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not a good company ,provided passport…

Not a good company ,provided passport driving document and a photo and they rejected the photo that they asked for, they rejected a bank letter, the verification process is complete joke and i feel they are racist company.

Definitely a company to stay away from

Definitely a company to stay away from, the verification process is scary. Every time they ask for extra documents. Work with companies like wise whose verification process is very simple. It's a waste of your time.

Absolutely appalling platform

Absolutely appalling platform! My account got inexplicably locked after merely 3 transactions. As if the high fees weren't bad enough, I am yet to receive any refund and support is asking for private information although my account is fulled verified; it's as if they're running a scam!

State benefits have been withheld

State benefits have been withheld. I had attached proof of payment on the app when prompted and emailed an hour after to chase it up, Payz then claimed that I hadn’t attached anything so I sent via email which they reviewed and said that it wasn’t compliant because it was a screenshot - fair enough - so I then attached a PDF and was then replied to with an automated response

We have received your message and upon review, we wanted to let you know we need some additional time to fully respond.
We always aim to get back to you as soon as possible, so it shouldn’t take too long, but might be a few days during busier periods.

So when will my account be credited?

Update 26th of July: After being withheld for over 24hrs I have now been told

“ Please be informed that your deposit was reviewed and will be credited during the next business days.”

So not only has my money been withheld but they can’t even give me a timeframe for when I will have access to my money

A payment was made to my account via SEPA transfer over a month ago, I am still yet to receive my money, and y'all are doing nothing to rectify this issue, does that mean my money is gone? I regret using this platform.

New to payz and I’ve already had…

New to payz and I’ve already had problems with the app and contact centre. Had funds sent through to payz app tried to send it to my bank account, had to upgrade to silver which took a few days and to find out that my money had been withdrawn straight back to where it came from without my permission! Wish I had actually looked this app up properly before installing.

I would leave zero stars if possible…

I would leave zero stars if possible made 2 transfers one from my friend for £50 another was from DWP for £350 and my account been frozen for 5 days now. It's also illegal and against FCA for them to hold benefit money they keep replying same scripted reply via email. Contacted all the correct channels regarding this they need there E money license removing. They have also emailed me 3 times calling me Diako Gaznaghi instead of Kyle broadhead which is proof there are copy and pasting replies.

I have been trying time and time again…

I have been trying time and time again to withdraw money into my bank account from Ecopayz and everytime I enter my details correctly it says my bank account details are not recognised. I have never experienced such difficulty with any other places when wanting to withdraw money back into my bank account. If there’s any way you can help with this then please do so!

Moved my holiday savings from personal…

Moved my holiday savings from personal account into payz for safe keeping .but when I tried to transfer my money back into my personal account, my account has been restricted. And transfer pending.This has put my personal account into a overdraft as I already confirmed a holiday booking .Now both these accounts in my name .so can't see what any issue is .This is my money and its being held back by payz .Feel like I'm being robbed .now it's been released. Up to 5 days to reach my account. Ridiculous

Every time I ever deposit money it…

Every time I ever deposit money it takes 4 days then the money is returned without any valid reason.
I have had the account for about 6months but it is of complete no use.
I think customer service is in India any way I spoke to some people abroad.
Closing the account today finally!

Over complicated

Over complicated, customer care = absent. I've tried to keep up the account for the odd need but it's a lost battle. Today closed the account for good. If I knew earlier I'd never had opened an account with them. Friendly advice: steer clear of this!
