Very disappointing service from Saga I have recently had two claims refused The first one was storm damage Assessor came scrutinised my policy then turned down claim A few weeks later porch damaged by another storm leaving my porch unprotected from rain Refused again due to poor workmanship which was done by professionals. Communication poor Service poor

Have recently had a stair carpet laid.Both carpet fitters were very pleasant and made a beautiful job fitting upstairs landing and stair with a beautiful striped carpet.Today I took delivery of a dining room table and chairs Both delivery men worked hard to assemble the table’s intricate legs before carefully fitting the glass top Everything left clean and tidy Great service .

Very disappointing visit this year I meet up with a friend every year to catch at Christmas and have a meal in Perth My favourite dish Grand Chicken Caesar is no longer served with bread fingers I had to pay nearly £2 extra .My friend requested mushrooms on her pizza- another £2 extra Service not up to usual standard as we felt a bit harassed by waiter and not very welcome at all The restaurant was not very busy but we felt we were being pushed out as he presented us with the bill.Sadly we did not enjoy this experience and have made decision not to return.We both felt that the meal and drinks were not value for money and were made to feel uncomfortable .Our previous visits have always been excellent.

First time I have bought a blind online I requested fabric samples and they arrived very quickly allowing me to match up colours with paintwork Good communication from company advising me every step of production Blinds delivered in good time .
I love the fabric and the blackout lining was free on offer.This was a very good experience and I would use this company again .

Waited in all day yesterday for a return to be collected Informed that there was a problem and that I would be notified next day Nothing so far no notification when or if collection is happening Terrible service and communication Total waste of a day yesterday and I’m still hanging about today Unacceptable
