Avoid like the plague!
Fabric is not as described.
Returns would cost quite a lot of money - cheaper to keep the item.
I can't find a way to unsubscribe and am being deluged with marketing emails.
If you read the 5 * reviews you can tell they're not genuine.

Every step of the way Jet2 looked after us brilliantly. Their Assisted Travel service was particularly impressive and all their staff were so friendly.

Fantastic value! We loved the hotel which, although a little dated in places, was comfortable and had great sea views.
We ate in the restaurant one evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff were all particularly friendly and helpful.

The stool was not suitable for me, but I was able to return it easily and get a refund, minus £10 for sending it back. The staff I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful.

Ordered some women's trousers. They were really horrible. Thin fabric, baggy shape and washed out colour

Good product and swift delivery. Unfortunately the suspension files were rather bent on arrival in spite of being well padded in the box. We had to put heavy books on them to flatten them out.

I ordered a pair of shoes online. They took approx. 6 weeks to arrive, and when they did, they were very badly packaged and therefore squashed. When I tried them on, they were uncomfortable and tight. I emailed their Customer Service Dept. to ask for instructions to return them for a refund. 4 months later and I'm still trying. I have been fobbed off with endless emails (in appalling English) asking for photos of the labels and packaging as well as the shoes themselves, and trying to persuade me to keep them or give them to someone else!
I am appalled by their customer service and warn possible buyers against using them. (The shoes looked rather cheap and nasty anyway).
