I can only comment on delivery as I dont 'choose' to send things through Hermes. That's only because there's never been a need for me to do so. . But the delivery people have always been very friendly and courteous. We tend to see the same one or two at each delivery and they are happy and polite

I love Purdy and Figg hand sanitiser. Its the only one ive bought for many months. It doesn't make my hands dry at all, considering the amount of times a day I use it. I always have one of the small bottles in my pocket. A large one in the car. A great product and really fast delivery.

The only hand sanitiser I use now. And ive recommended it to others. Its not harsh on your hands (or nails) and smells delightful. I carry one of the smaller ones around with me all the time. Its ideal pocket side. But I always make sure I have enough of both sizes . A great product, good customer service and fast delivery.

Ive tried many face masks from several companies over the last few months and these are the absolute best for price and comfort. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else now.

I love this sanitiser. The best ive bought so far (and ive tried loads) So will stay with this. I hate the sticky gel and some of the spray's smell awful. This has a nice smell and does the job its supposed to. Great product

We spent quite a lot of time in the shop as we were choosing several floor coverings. The man serving us was patient, despite me changing my mind many times. So all in all a good experience. A cup of tea would have been nice though !!!
