House selling and purchasing are rarely stress-free but I was fortunate in that the house I purchased was represented Belong. From start to finish, Helen - who was the agent for the house I bought - was professional, personable and a fantastic communicator: timely, honest and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond, giving me the sense throughout that I was in very safe hands during the entire process. I had experience of most of the other local estate agents during my house selling and subsequent purchasing and can genuinely say that Belong just felt in a different level from the others. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else buying it selling in the area.

Soooo disappointed. Noisy, didn’t smell as good as a cheap manual and when I sent it back, I received a response stating I would receive a refund within days… never happened. I emailed the company 3 times regarding lack of refund and received no reply. I had to receive assistance from the bank weeks later in order to eventually receive my refund!
Then, I was only issued a partial refund; minus £10 for having tried 1 of the diffusers. Everything was returned in fantastic condition. Utterly disappointing!

Review of Co-op Estate Planning
Honestly, when I first spoke to the estate planning person at the CoOp, I was so pleased with what I thought we’d achieved in terms of my estate planning. When the paperwork came through 49 days later (despite the fact I’d waived the 14 day cooling off period privilege!), it was inaccurate. Instead of 4 will executors, only 1 was named. Instead of the people I had named as Power of Attorney, this was also inaccurate. Naturally, I was confused & upset after all the time & thought I’d put into planning my estate (not a pleasant job but an important one). When I asked for a transcript of the original call made with the estate planner, it took the CoOp several weeks to inform me that not only had the person I spoke to left the organisation but that there was no recorded phone call! I have filed a complaint, have no satisfactory will at the current time (!!) and now have to wait up to 28 days until investigated. I simply want to use a local solicitor as I have lost faith in the CoOp’s estate planning service. Not just disappointing but deeply concerning service. I’d definitely advise: avoid the CoOp’s estate planning service.

The last two occasions that I’ve purchased Answr’s hair keratin treatment have left me hugely disappointed. Although the product is good, I’ve waited weeks for delivery. There has also been no courtesy email from the company, except to reply to my requests for a delivery date and even then I just get an apology for an ‘unexpectedly high number of orders’. Surely you learnt from the last time you offered discounts that order number would increase. To me, this is poor customer service. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review until I received an email from them yesterday advertising their Black Friday early access sale; audacious, I think, when they are not actually fulfilling purchases from weeks ago. My last purchase was on 28th October (in the UK). Time to try a new hair keratin product, I think. Cocochoco is good, I hear.

Review of Lovonlash
The lashes are attractive and I like the adhesive. However, gradually, the lashes are becoming available only in small segments; these are challenging to remove from the packaging (due to extremely strong adhesive strips which attach them to their cardboard packs). Consequently, my most recent Lovonlash purchase now contains damaged lashes - as I struggled to remove them, despite careful attempts. I raised this, diplomatically, and received a 20% discount for a future purchase but was also told that I just needed ‘to be more gentle’. Subsequently, a follow-up email from me requesting information about the possibility of my purchasing NON pre-cut Lovonlash lashes (in an attempt to avoid further breakages) with the 20% discount offered to me simply received no reply. The jury is out on customer service and, for now, I will shop around for lashes elsewhere before potentially returning to Lovonlash.

The lashes are nice and there is a huge range but the prices (including for subscriptions) are astronomical. As soon as you start shopping around, you realise that there are fantastic alternatives available for about a third of the price.

Lovely products but I’ve waited weeks for a refund for some returned items and have had to really chase up customer service, via email, to keep getting told “We’ll respond within 48 hours.” Someone at the company had time to reply to this review but not to refund me for returned products. Such a shame the service doesn’t match the quality of the products. I await a refund but am thinking I will have to contact my bank to assist with a chargeback. 😕

Low quality reading glasses at low prices - I don’t have a problem with the products being sold. Customer service, however, is poor. When I emailed to ask for the returns address, I received a reply telling me to look in the original order email for it! It was there, amid a load of other small print but certainly not easy to locate. I’m sure it would have taken second to reply with it! Then I returned some of the pairs of glasses ordered and heard absolutely nothing until I chased up the refund almost 3 weeks later. The almost immediate reply (along with instant refund) explained the delay in communications and refund were due to ‘seasonal illnesses and holidays’. Why not just send a brief email earlier stating my refund would be delayed? I definitely won’t be shopping here again. You only need to look through the reviews here to get a taste of the customer service with this online shop.

Absolutely thrilled with the results. Like others, I was sceptical about the claims made by the company but thought I’d give the product a whirl after my hairdresser decided to take a hiatus from the salon to work on another project. I followed the instructions closely and am delighted that the results are exactly as when I pay over £100 for a keratin salon treatment. The smell of the owow liquid is odd but inoffensive to me (and exactly like the salon treatments I’ve had). Since my initial owow application, I’ve washed my hair and it’s still glossy and smooth. I’m extremely happy and will definitely be continuing with at-home keratin treatments from owow. Thank you for an excellent product.
