Soooo disappointed

Soooo disappointed. Noisy, didn’t smell as good as a cheap manual and when I sent it back, I received a response stating I would receive a refund within days… never happened. I emailed the company 3 times regarding lack of refund and received no reply. I had to receive assistance from the bank weeks later in order to eventually receive my refund!

Then, I was only issued a partial refund; minus £10 for having tried 1 of the diffusers. Everything was returned in fantastic condition. Utterly disappointing!

Hi Emily,

I am sorry to read this review following your experience. We do have an automated refund process which is system driven which didn't work on this occasion.

As soon we were aware that this hadn't happened, we refunded the funds straight away.
