I purchased Microsoft Office online. It was quickly supplied, but unfortunately could not be activated. However, Fairsoftware were able to confirm that they could not help and refunded me very rapidly. After my initial anxiety that I was being ripped off, I was greatly relieved and pleased with the outcome - though I still need to find the software!
My order was delivered well on time, without excessive overpackaging and in beautiful condition. Good communication from the seller throughout. Will be happy to buy more from them
My selection was delivered quickly and efficiently with minimal wasted packaging. The meals are good to store in the cupboard and the portions are the right size. The costs are reasonable. I'm pleased to have sampled a range and find all to be of high quality. I've tried both meat and veggie equivalents; they're equally good and decently flavoured. I'm sorry the dishes aren't able to take oven heating as well as microwaving. I'd like a bigger choice of veggie food and more tasty meals of the Indian/Chinese type. A good standby choice, helpful to have on hand. I recommend them

My onion sets arrived in excellent condition, ready to plant as soon as the soil is warm enough. Last year I had a bad experience with my original supplier with many sets growing badly, having arrived in poor condition; these look really good, so I hope for a very successful crop!

The trilogy I ordered for a birthday present arrived very promptly and in beautiful condition. The packaging was excellent - all recyclable and just the right amount, no wastage. I was impressed. Will be most happy to use Books 2 Door again.
The bath mixer/shower I ordered arrived quickly and as promised. It was beautifully packed and in perfect condition. I have found Tap Warehouse to be admirable and would be very happy to use them again. I am greatly looking forward to installing it as my bathroom build progresses.
I ordered a neat, short bath and fittings which arrived within a few days. All were in excellent condition and safely handed over. I had a follow up query which I emailed. Royal Bathrooms replied almost immediately and sorted the issue very helpfully. I am most impressed and would happily buy from them again. Warmly recommended.
Looking for good quality meats to buy smaller amounts but pay more as the planet needs! I am very pleased with the way the chicken and lamb were prepared with chill packs and rapidly delivered. I wish there was something better than polystyrene as I had to break and discard a beautiful box into household waste. The meats I've used have been most tasty and I look forward to making more dishes. Would be most happy to buy again.
Our main bedroom was replastered just before lockdown, and repainted once dry. Then we had to wait! As soon as allowed, we arranged to visit Bidston Tapi. It went beautifully, full covid security was observed throughout, with most helpful and friendly staff. We immediately found what we needed, ordered, paid, then waited for delivery and fitting. It took some time, but under the circumstances we expected that. Now we are very happy with the carpet and the fitting and delighted to be finally using our lovely new room. Special mention to Steve and Robin!

After several purchases, I have always had items arrive very quickly in excellent and well packed condition. My only reservation is that packaging MUST all be recyclable.
The plan and looked excellent and the installer did a superb job. However, the delivered wall units did not fit as a ceiling beam measurement had been overlooked and the perfectly good existing sink had to be replaced as the new base unit could not accommodate its 1.5 bowls. The supplied cooker hood turned out to be unsuitable so had to be exchanged for a different model. The worst problems were with the waiting times for replacement doors - some arrived damaged on delivery, some were delivered the wrong height or widths. Each time added almost another week to the original fortnight and the whole job took around 10 weeks. Bit of a disruptive marathon. Looks good now, only time will tell whether the quality is any good.

Just had new kichen designed and (almost) fitted by Wickes. Can't fault the fitter, but the design has been problematic... A number of measuring mistakes meant that planned wall units did not fit and needed exchanging, as did the cooker hood and sink. All meant delays and more deliveries to wait for. It should have taken 2 weeks, but looks set for 5. Tedious and disruptive. The final installation looks as if it will be excellent - eventually!

I was very happy with the initial booking process and payment system and the outward journey went precisely to plan. My reason for the 4/5 rating is purely that on return I was stuck at the airport delayed by fog, so contacted Taxicode to rearrange meeting. It took around 4 minutes to get reply, and I was afraid my battery might not last out. However eventually all was done and the pickup successfully rearranged, when again, all went fine.
