I like very much being able to use fresh foods otherwise destined for waste.
The night/early morning deliveries are excellent, as I can quickly store or prep things. So too the previous box pickup.
I do like the ability to swap as much as I want, it does help me plan menus. The recipe inserts are good too.
The quality of products is very variable, sometimes I find I must use immediately to avoid rotting, which is OK sometimes but not always. It's not a cheap solution but fresh food needs be better priced in supermarkets not squeezing growers to rock bottom.

I've only had the credit card a short while, its operation has been ok- ish, but annoying that I can't pay it using its own website and have to go to my bank and transfer from there.
It's also very slow to show payments and overall is unsatisfactory to use, unlike my other banking apps which respond instantly.
However, I'm about to give it up as it is HSBC and they have just dumped net zero. I'm going to move to a more ethical company

Deliveries are reliable and on time.
The empty boxes are collected too .
The produce is fine, very little waste and I'm happy to be able to use it.

I've had 3 deliveries so far and the veg/fruit have all been in very good condition and nice to eat within the week. Useful recipes too!
It's great to be able to swap, as I do grow some veg myself, but there's plenty of others to choose that I don't.
It's important to make your delivery place clear and hope the driver uses it so you can get boxes returned and not wasted - my 3rd delivery driver didn't seem to know so failed to pick up my returned box. Hope it's ok this time!

Got a lovely rainbow bracelet for my granddaughter's 15th birthday. She is a keen member of her school LGBTQ+ support group and was delighted with it.

Bought a megabag for old carpet and garden rubbish, including ancient, decaying fence posts.
Delivery was very rapid, instructions very clear and helpful, and we filled the bag over 2 days.
Arranged collection online and this happened at 6am the next day. Amazed and delighted!
Would definitely recommend - as long as you have space to fit the bag and allow collection lorry access.

Just had the awkward Victorian hall&stairs measured for carpet. Mike came exactly when planned, he measured very thoroughly and brought samples to compare. We found a suitable choice, so he priced everything up and sent a clearly itemised estimate straight away.
I was very pleased with his work and the final cost so now await delivery and fitting.

I needed a lost part for my shower doors. Victorian Plumbing kept in touch, after email contact by several people I have received and immediately fitted the part.
All of several customers service contacts have been friendly, responded quickly and were able to help me.

Brilliant kit to assemble, bought for my granddaughter's 11th birthday. She's mad on all kawaii cute stuff and nezuko demon slayer model really delighted her.
She assembled it herself, no glue needed, only methodical care and patience. The result is really good. Recommended to other fans!

I've tried both sentia red and black. I really like Red a great deal and could drink it diluted with cloudy lemonade every day. Black is a big hit of black pepper, so I have to be in the mood for it, but love it then.
Both make me feel good, relaxed and calm. Very nice indeed, definitely preferable to the effects of alcohol. I just wish I could afford it more often!

Bought a toothbrush and replacement heads as I hate the excessive packaging and complex, non recyclable structure of most toothbrushes.
All arrived in time, nicely packed in cardboard and looked lovely.
It is very narrow and the handle long and thin, so takes some getting used to, but does clean very well. I did have to struggle to fit the head, it is extremely tight, so I hope it lasts well as I don't look forward to removing it!

Bought a 7 step ladder to replace my old, unsafe damaged one. Set up and used it today while painting high walls. It's superb, so stable and safe. The steps are wide and comfortable, the handrails really useful, and just as a bonus, a 20L pot of paint fits the platform perfectly. Delighted

It's an excellent banking app, very convenient to log in and easy to switch between accounts.
My only wish is that I could use it in landscape as I prefer tablet to phone for banking.

Great firm to deal with, both phone & online. I ordered some special savoury biscuits, not available to my home deliverer.
Briefly exchanged emails too, and found the interchange both prompt and friendly. I've found the same when I had to phone after moving address.
