Absolutely Brilliant

After being completely messed around by AO I ordered from Argos and I have to say that they were absolutely brilliant. I received my order the next day by 10am with no extra charge for delivery. Really impressed.

Savages

I've ordered for these people many times in the past but now they have turned into savages.
I made an order and paid extra for next day delivery.
The next day I received no tracking at all.
I contacted them and they have no clue and refused to cancel the order.

Update: 24.09.2025

So the late delivery was cancelled.
No call to me has been made.
Is there any intention of refunding my money?

Update:

Only 8 days to cancel an order!
Only 11-14 days to process a refund!
Meanwhile Argos delivered the product for less with no charge for delivery within 16 hours.
This company should be ashamed.

There is nothing for us to talk about.
Give me back my money then AO can FO.
We are not friends here, chit chat is not on the table.
I am not your personal loan company.
After this I fiasco I have no intention of using your company ever again.

Impossible stores & Impossible sizings

Superdry have some nice quality products but its no surprise to me that they are closing down stores. The stores are dark and impossible to navigate. Their sizings are a complete enigma. I saw a jacket online and some jumpers that I wanted so I drove to my closest store to buy them (close was 30 miles). They did nt have the colour I wanted so I tried what they had on for size with a view to buy online. I am usually a L but their L was huge so was the M the S was okish. I went home an ordered the S and it did nt fit when I tried it on. I had to pay to return it and ordered the M. I have received it now and it's OK but could be a touch bigger. I'm not going to pay to send it back again. I had a similar experience last summer when buying vests in store. I had to try on all sizes up to XXL. It's too difficult and random for me. As much as I like their products, I won't be wasting time with this brand again.

Ps. Has anyone else noticed the dodgy javascript on the mobile website that prevents you from typing in your details?

Left after one visit.

Was a member of puregym for some time with no issues. I moved to Colchester and went to the gym there. Within minutes an angry manager pounced on me for carrying a small draw string bag. I tried to explain that I have things I need to use but he was too busy on a power/ego trip. The staff in here seem to have a really bad attitude towards members based just on the way the look. I terminated my membership immediately.

If you think you can belittle me with sarcasm for sharing my honest experience via the link you sent me then you are misguided.

Considering I already feel mislead by you there is clearly a lack of trust already. I dont have the energy to be led up another garden path by you. The cabinets look ok so I will make do but I would not recommend or use you ever again.

How about you advertise the correct items on your website which you actually dispatch?
How about you train your staff to provide the correct product information?
How about you check your products for damage before dispatch?

Maybe these would help so "Issues" are prevented & do not need to be reported.

Having seen this product online I called Bella for more information. I wanted to know if 2 could be put side by side without any space. I was told yes and I would need to put one upside down then rotate the shelves. There is no way to rotate these shelves. In the picture it shows 3 shelves but I received with 5. There was also a really small chip/crack on one of the doors.

We have no record of you reporting these issues to us, we are unable to resolve any issues we are not made aware of. Do you know who you reported them to or have you got a ticket number for any email you sent?

*Edited* My response wasn't written sarcastically, that was the way you read it but certainly not the way it was written. Most people, if an item arrived damaged or not as described, would report the it to the seller so they could resolve the issue. We don't expect customers to 'make do' so would have offered alternatives or collection and a refund but can't work with something if we've received no information.

I feel these were side effects due to use of these products.

I purchased BP 157, TB 500 & IGF 1 from this site the first 2 being for a potential knee injury. My products arrived in good time & I was excited to use them. They provided 0 relief, fair enough I guess it can't work for everyone but since starting I experienced alot of other issues. At first I convinced myself I was imagining these things however symptoms were persistent.
I feel these were side effects due to use of these products. Today after alot of tests and backwards & forwards with doctors & specialists I have I now been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.

"The exact cause of fibromyalgia is unknown, but it's thought to be related to abnormal levels of certain chemicals in the brain and changes in the way the central nervous system (the brain, spinal cord and nerves) processes pain messages carried around the body."

"In many cases, the condition appears to be triggered by a physically or emotionally stressful event, such as:

• an injury or infection
• giving birth (I am male)
• having an operation (No operation here)
• the breakdown of a relationship (No relationship breakdown)
• the death of a loved one (No Deaths)"

I have used IGF before & it worked wonders however I have not used the IGF I purchased in this instance, in truth because I was scared after using the first 2 products.

I am not saying these products constantly have issues maybe more so I was given bad batches.

I understand the vendor may say products are specifically sold for non human consumption but we all know why we buy these products. It is what it is.

Come on mate. I'm just being honest. I used your products and started to notice it was doing more damage than good. It's a simple as that.
I'm not suggesting peptides cause fibromyalgia & I would still have faith in them in general. I'm not even suggesting you normally sell is bunk but hand on my heart I believe the viles you sold me had some issues. Maybe contamination or something IDK.
Covid 19 is irrelevant in this instance. I have not had it.

Update: The peptides you purchased from us last year should not cause the issues you mentioned. Peptides are composed of amino acids, which are proteins that require at least 4-6 weeks of research to observe their effects.

The vials you received were part of a larger batch of 1000, all of which were produced in a GMP-certified facility. As the longest-running peptide company, we have not received any similar complaints regarding this batch.

We were unable to locate any email from you requesting support, and we believe that your assumptions may be somewhat far-fetched, especially considering that almost a year has passed since you placed your order with us.

Not Great!

The presentation is decent. The cameras look nice. In the daytime the system is not great decent enough yet at night time its a whole different story. IR blinking all through the night. The wifi connectivity is not the best and contradicts itself at times. Further cameras cam have better signals than closer ones. Some cameras randomly switch off then point down. I will have to get a repeater to see if anything improves. Customer service are not so responsive & live chat is never actually live.

These people are so bad I cant begin to explain. Whilst the customer service staff on the phone seem caring & pleasant it does nt help with the overall bad attitude of the company towards customers. I feel live I have been living in hell for months.

Yes Thanks for your response Taylor Wimpey. I have contacted customer service. I collected my keys from you in September 2021 Yet in May 2022. I still have no heating.

You literally have no idea as to when…

You literally have no idea as to when you will receive your order. I have not received my order & I am still none the wiser as to when I will receive it. I did try to visit a store to make my purchase but they have no trolleys to be able to get large/heavy items to the till let alone your car & no member of staff was willing to assist. The Range have some nice item but their service is 🤬

Having spent 1 & 1/2 hours on hold it appears that if I was lucky I may have received my order in 2 weeks.

No possibility for assistance in store even though they are in stock. I don't know what to say. This company shows nothing but disrespect to its customer. Now I have to wait 7-10 days for my refund.

I would neither trust nor recommend this company to my enemy.

This company is a very unprofessional outfit. The prices they offer may seem cheap but with this company you wont even get what you pay for. I had 2 seperate procedures with this company and I cannot warn you enough. Find somewhere else. This company deserve no credit whatsoever. I can tell you 1 Million reasons why not to use the company but it would take forever. I will tell you a few things about my experience. I turned up at the airport and had to wait 2hrs for their driver. They tried to force me to accept the most comical hairline know to man it was ridiculous (Ying Yang springs to mind) I told them I do not wish to proceed and eventually they agreed to give me a normal hair line even though they stated "it looks like negr". I had very young technicians operating on my head. 1 seemed competent and careful yet 1 seemed unconfident and sloppy. Once all was done they locked up instantly, rushed me out and left me in the hall way to wait for the driver. I waited for 1.5hrs with my head exposed. No bandages nothing. The next day I came back for them to check and wash. Guess what? Driver was late again. The lady who was assigned to me tried to pressure me to write a review so many times yet I refused because I need to see the results. It has been over 18 months now. The results are a mess. I have different results on each side. The technician I thought that seemed confident, she had done a much better job. Overall I am not satisfied with the results in the slightest. Other than the hairline which is not great (Full of doubles & trebles) the rest of my head looks alot worse than it did before they started. This is not something to do with more natural hair loss. The hair on my head is very sparse yet I feel like I have the hair of someone 30-40 years my senior. I use Toppik to cover this nonsense however I feel like my hair gets more and more sparse each month. Literally no one in my family has ever had anything similar to this kind of hair formation it is awful. I think if this continues I will probably just razor my head every day yet im a bit worried how the scarring will look. To reiterate this
Is a horrendous company. Find somewhere professional. I felt like i was a victim of a scam best you dont feel the same.

Mcan have mastered the art of getting derogatory reviews removed especially on revews.io hopefully trustpilot are not so corrupt.

We You had your procedure on November 2017 with 3200 grafts implanted. A part of them have grown. But unfortunately, a considerable part of them did not grow.

Despite happening very rarely, we may get results not as good as expected. But on the other head, we are always available and ready to assist our patient in all the cases.

Got there in the end

I used this company for a business visa. Was a bit of a bumpy ride (probably due to a language barrier). They had me very worried at one point however we managed to get there in the end. Due to the issues encountered they gave me a full refund. Ive already presented all in the visa centre so all is certified above board.

Slow everything

Slow everything. They expect to use a refence number including Kraken.com at the end. I am not sure any bank can fit such a long reference. If you do not include this "kraken com" they do not deposit your funds to your account and it can take lengthy amounts of time to resolve losing you potential profits. Deposit are slow enough as it is.

Does everyone get scammed by Amazon? I cant believe this company. Not only did they charge me £30 for a so called free account but they refuse all my cards and do not allow me to even sell anything. I verified my bank account as required & now I cant even login even though I have reset my password numerous time. So confusing & frustrating. Seriously?
