These people are so bad I cant begin to…

These people are so bad I cant begin to explain. Whilst the customer service staff on the phone seem caring & pleasant it does nt help with the overall bad attitude of the company towards customers. I feel live I have been living in hell for months.

Yes Thanks for your response Taylor Wimpey. I have contacted customer service. I collected my keys from you in September 2021 Yet in May 2022. I still have no heating.
