Review of Bathroom Takeaway
This was the only place I could get radiators that where long enough and small in height for my conservatory. Great looking radiators that give out a lot of heat, very pleased with these, and the service I recei6from bathroom takeaway.
Easy to buy, quick delivery, packaged well, couldn't ask for more.

Still nothing from Dusk.
I have given up and bought some bolts for the last chair..
I'm worried that if their customer service is so bad they can't send some bolts, what would happen if there is a serious fault. I'm playing safe, won't use dusk, Wayfair, are good. Will stick with them in future.

Review of Ascent Energy Services
I was originally having Octopus Energy install my EV charger. They had given me a time-line of about 4 to 6 weeks.
The cost they quoted was over £1000.
I had recently bought a Volvo EX30. But just ordered it too early for the offer of a free charger, very frustrating!
I got in touch with the Dealer who sold me the car, asking if I was to late to qualify for the free charger. He confirmed this but said I did qualify for a half price installation.
I took the offer and was given a date much earlier than the Octopus Energy install.
Ascent Energy came within 2 weeks.
The man who installed it took me through the entire process.. Where I wanted it, what he would need to do during the fitting.
He was a very easy going lad, very happy to answer all my questions.
After he'd finished, he showed me how to operate the charger and even gave some tips on how to make the most savings with it. Would definitely use Ascent Energy again, 10 out of 10 for the company and the chap who installed it.

I was supposed to be getting replacement screws for the four chairs I bought.
Still waiting to hear from Dusk.
When I had similar problems with wayfair they were resolved in a couple of days.
Have just got a reply from Dusk.
Obviously a pre-prepared message, I'm not waiting for an order, just some missing bolts!

Since I wrote this review, Churchill customer service agents have contacted me, patiently explaining "we cannot change the name of the policy holder to the named driver on the policy", Why not? They had no answer. Could it be so they can charge a cancellation fee e an then make the policy holder take out a new policy? I think we all know the answer. It's about time these companies where investigated for bad practice.... Here's my original review....
They where very good when my partner bought the policy, but when he sold his car and asked if the policy could be moved to my new car, they refused, and then charged him for cancelling.
Absolutely dire customer service.. Don't go with the dog, it bites!

It was the first time I'd bought something so expensive online. It's one thing to spend 10 quid on something from amazon, but £35000 for a car is a big step,I hadn't even driven it!
Also it was the first time I'd bought an EV.
The offer from Stoneacre, was very tempting, so despite my reservations I decided to go ahead.
The people at Stoneacre (and one salesman in particular) made the whole process very easy and even though I asked plenty of questions they where very patient with me. All the paperwork came via email, I didn't feel pushed into buying the car, and the car itself is worth every penny.
It was delivered to me within a few days and the hand over was very easy.
If you're nervous about buying a car online then don't be, just go with Stoneacre, you won't regret it.

Charging me for 11 Months of licence, because I did not give them a month notice.
I had already had a phone conversation with a representative, was told she would be in touch before the licence was due.
I own a small hotel, have been closed since November 2023,and now sold the place so not opening again. Have taken out a complaint with the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman.

I had terrible trouble just to get Reebok to agree to a return.
I returned the Item on 18th March 2023. No e-mail to say they have received the item. I know they have had it back, Post Office tracking.
Do not buy from the Reebok website, they have VERY Poor customer service.

completely useless website, all I wanted to do was contact customer services either by phone or chat.
Couldn't find any contact details, I presume this is intentional, so customers wont call or try to chat to Hermes.
As a delivery service they are pretty good, but as with all companies they don't want to make it easy to contact them.
Amazon is a little better as they do provide contact details, but still "hidden".
