Had a breakdown yesterday. Mechanic got us back up and running but wouldn't shut up about the "New mobile service" they offer. Less than 24hrs later I'm bombarded with texts asking me to book a car service.
I can only assume he is on commission.

Unacceptable. Our broadband went down Saturday, apparently "Quickline" don't work weekends. The earliest they can fix our street is Tuesday.
We have no TV, no working alarm and no working CCTV, all because we rely on our broadband connection which Quickline are in no rush to fix.
We pay to use it at the weekend, you should have engineers who fix it at the weekend.

Better to buy from Amazon. Free delivery. Next day delivery.

Now I need to go through the trouble of cancelling and making sure I have my credit card removed so the scamming company don’t rip me off any more for something I haven’t ordered.

Ridiculous post survey email. I got to question 60 and closed the survey. Unbelievable survey don’t ask so many questions and people will bother to answer.

Painful call centre in South Africa. Any UK company fielding calls abroad should be ashamed. You are trying to cut corners. Avoid employing UK citizens.
Either you can not understand them or they can not understand you.
They don’t understand the UK terms or what you are saying to them.
What a waste of time.

If you had problems they don’t ask for a review.

DIY kitchen’s Trustpilot reviews are biased and not to be trusted, “the clue is in the name” - TRUST!
My order had a major item missing, the delivery driver said “I’m surprised they didn’t call you”. I had to chase the next day.
The kitchen was mostly OK, there were a few parts that had glue squeeze out on which I was surprised to see, there were also some struts that appeared to have been drilled on the wrong side.
I was surprised that there was no printed plan supplied, that would have been helpful.
The online design tool has issues with sink draws on the wrong side, you’re supposed to check everything is correct and yet it displays wrong information.
VERY INTERESTING that the reply ignores the fact that a pre survey is sent out before asking for a rating, something against Trustpilots conditions.
No need for an order number as the missing item was delivered a week late.
