Actually, I rate it at -5 stars. I used it once. Then it would not charge. Contacted their customer support and after they wasted an hour of my time, offered to sell me another charger for $79.00. Their warranty is useless as they do not stand behind the product. Also note that on the ONE cook that I was able to do, it disconnected often, and the computation of remaining cook time was downright stupid. It would say there was 67 hours remaining when brisket was already at 165 degrees! Completely stupid!!!

Good product and service but somewhat overpriced. Also, shipping a 6 ounce package for $14 is excessive.

Slow to ship item. 1 week to get a tracking number,, and it still has not arrived.

I have bought many items from Buydig and always have had great service. They ship quickly and pack well. I had to return an item and the process went flawlessly. Buydig is a class act.
