Please Don’t Buy from this company
Sell equipment that are worthless and won’t exchange nor fix the problem
They only put a band aid to the problem
We bought a san remo racer brand new right off the back we had issues with a tank sensor got fixed after was the steams wands leaking even the one side we didn’t use started to leak
The steam wand started acting up we were communicating with technical support they sent technician to install wrong parts
Till now we still have defective equipment that they didn’t want to exchange nor pro rated for a different brand

Our team did everything we could to help you and dispatched multiple non-warranty calls to perform basic maintenance to the steam wands. For a high volume shop like yours, steam wand gaskets wear out quickly, and replacement is a part of normal maintenance. The machine is not defective.

Sent a false shipping notice

Sent a false shipping notice. And didn’t ship the product. I cannot prove it, but I believe also stole my credit card. I had to cancel my card after doing business with them. Avoid.

George, sadly I think you've been the victim of the knockoff scam site that has intentionally ripped off our logo and copied our product pages. I suspect you may have made a purchase through https://www.voltagecoffee.shop/...this is not the real website for Voltage Coffee Supply. Our domain is https://www.voltagerestaurantsupply.com/

I just checked our customer database and we have no record of you making a purchase with us, the actual Voltage Coffee Supply.

Sadly you're not the only one they've scammed; we receive several calls from folks like you each week. In response we've reported voltagecoffee.shop to their domain host, to Google, and to Stripe (one of their payment processing providers) but their site is still live. We're now having to take legal action to get their site permanently shut down.

I advise that you initiate a fraud claim with your credit card provider to get your money back on the transaction. And if you'd like to make an order with our actual site come on over to https://www.voltagerestaurantsupply.com/ or call us at 1-800-269-0051 and select the option to speak with hour Sales Team, we'd be happy to help you.

I'm sad (and super frustrated) for the experience you've had with them. We're hopeful to have them shut down sooner rather than later.

Horrible costumer service

I bought used eureka atom pro grinder with description very good just missing hopper. I got the grinder and I found out that the burrs is damage. The safety pin is gone from the grinder adjustment. I contact the customer service and it took 3 days for them to respond. Then, they asked picture. At the end Myles Cordova emailed me just to tell me that either I send back the grinder and got refund minus the shipping or buy burrs from them for $250. Very good grinder should not have bad burrs. Never buy from Voltage. I never have problem when I got product from Whole Latte Love. They always has the best costumer service.

After researching it appears we mistakenly listed "very good" in the description of your item even though the title reflected the "As Is" condition along with a significant discount off of list price; I can appreciate how that miss-set your expectations from the beginning. And as Myles shared we're happy to sell you replacement burrs at our cost (i.e. we make no profit on them), but given the significant discount already given on the product we can't provide any other alternatives besides taking the item back as a refund if you're still not satisfied. Please forgive us for the error on the description and reply back to Myles if you'd like to take us up on our offers to try to make things right.

Terrible customer service: passing the buck.

Where do I begin. Firstly my machine a GS3 MP was sent incorrectly without the added 1100.00 accessories as purchased. My sales advisor (Myles) was very nonchalant about the whole thing told me "not to worry and make espresso" and assured me he would reach out to LM about this as the machines were assembled there and they are drop shipped. Secondly was the issue with price, the machine itself built in LM with the exact specs was 9360, however on Voltage it was 9460, when I asked for an itemization cost to this I was told that they couldn't supply that as the machines were direct from LM. How is that possible then that is just costs 100.00 more from voltage? When asking about this the same sales advisor as condescending as he sounded told me that I already received a "Substantial discount" mind you, this discount pales in comparison to the one I got quoted shortly after by LM which was 10% off (lesson learned). However, I was merely asking for common ground when it came to a discount as firstly my machine was sent incorrectly and additionally when I first called about it, I received ZERO call backs and my last email which was on 11/23/22 requesting a supervisor/management to attempt to rectify the issue, radio silent since then, today is the 12/2/22. I was told by the advisor the panels were in stock at LM even though their website clearly states they are out of stock and have not received any communication as to when they will be sent. At this point, I just prefer my money back for this, I've spent 100.00 in an online store and received incredibly better customer service than I have received this time, let alone spending 9K. An update today I contacted LM director and he was appalled at how something so simple has taken so long and lack of customer service. If your looking for a LM machine, please go to them before this place.

My recent experience was poor

My recent experience was poor. I waited about a week after placing my order without any indication for shipment. It was a few days after the deadline for shipment that I tried contacting customer service. It was difficult to get a hold of them and when I did, I was advised that someone would be contacting me regarding my order status. I never received a call. I sent some emails through the website that went unanswered. After several attempts at phone calls I finally left message that I would be requesting a chargeback from the CC company. Customer service contacted me and I asked them to cancel the complete order given the whole situation. They did so, though it was clear they didn't care as to the reasons why I was cancelling. I subsequently placed the order through Chris Coffee who mailed it that same day.

They carry hard to find items but items…

They carry hard to find items but items are always late. They seem to charges the highest price for shipping, but use the most unreliable carriers. So a 1 week estimated delivery turns into 1months or even longer.

Still waiting for our orders which seems to be lost in Texas.

Will probably have to reorder from another suppliers to get our items here faster.

Great Customer Service on Recent Order

I had question about an order I had made and customer service was very quick to return my call and not only answered the question but was able to change my order to accommodate me and managed to even get my order shipped next day. Great Customer experience and price and will definitely be doing business with them again.

Unresponsive customer service

Unresponsive customer service - bought a product and it arrived broken on arrival. After reaching out to Voltage, I did not get a reply back. I ended up contacting the original manufacturer, who got back to me the next day and shipped out a replacement. A week later and my replacement will arrive tomorrow, yet there is still no response from Voltage.

Update: Thanks for the response and making up for it, really appreciate it! Hoping for a more positive experience in the future.
