I can’t explain the difference between my old bed and new Respa bed, it’s that good. It has made such a huge difference. My sleep has gotten even better, it is so supportive, comfortable, stable and the extra space is incredible. And the storage underneath -wow!! It’s even helped clear up my room!
The whole experience of ordering the bed, getting the bed, the team, the delivery guys were incredible.

Prompt and reliable. Great range of products

Bought tickets for a cruise and asked where we could embark on the cruise. Nobody answered my query. I contacted 24 hour support and no reply after 10 hours. Still don’t know where we can get the boat cruise. Take your money and run seems to be their ethos.

I placed an order with onbuy on the 29th of January where they had advertised a microphone. I ordered from their site as a lot of other sites had longer delivery dates or out of stock. Once i placed the order for nearly €200 I got a confirmation email. Then maybe 4 days after they wrote to me and told me they didnt have it in stock. After holding my money for a week. Today, over two weeks later, they sent me and email cancelling my order and issueing me with a refund. The refund will take 3-4 working days to hit my account. They are a joke of a company to take money froma person and leave them weeks knowing well they didnt hold the stock. My time has been wasted, my money was taken and held onto as long as they could, just automated emails. Avoid them. I'll never order anything ever again from their site.

Top quality product, service and delivery.

After spending €575 on a laptop, they sent me a broken one that never switched on. Booked it in for return and they never collected it. I complained and booked it in again -days later. I waited all day again and for a second time -they never collected it OR contacted me. I'm left with a broken laptop, no money and nobody from the company contacting me! The worst service I have ever experienced. I intent on telling the 30,000 followers that follow my company online.

They sent broken goods to me on more than one occasion. I booked a return and they left me waiting and never collected the broken laptop. I complained and then they apologized and booked a second pick up days later. I waited all day and AGAIN - it was not picked up. I paid over €575 for a laptop and Im still waiting - WEEKS LATER! No Laptop, No Money, No return and No communication - Avoid this company.
