Broken Laptop, No Returns, No Answers!

After spending €575 on a laptop, they sent me a broken one that never switched on. Booked it in for return and they never collected it. I complained and booked it in again -days later. I waited all day again and for a second time -they never collected it OR contacted me. I'm left with a broken laptop, no money and nobody from the company contacting me! The worst service I have ever experienced. I intent on telling the 30,000 followers that follow my company online.
