I ordered a photo frame on line as it wasn't available in the Store. The postage cost me more than the frame, and I collected it from the Store myself.
The Service was good, but I don't think you should have to pay postage if it is being delivered to your local Store and you then collect it.

In this instance, when someone was at home, Hermes delivered my parcel promptly and in excellent condition with a courteous driver. The emails informing us of when the delivery would be were very helpful.

We have used this company before and found them reliable. It can be a bit pricey and the price seems to go up a bit from the quote on line but apart from that, even when we made a claim, they were very helpful and efficient.
