Missing cheese burger . 5 chicken nuggets instead of 6 Ordered grilled chicken salad , got breaded with no tomato or cucumber . No cheese on the other cheeseburger. Don't you think I would have ordered a hamburger if I wanted no cheese ? Response back from just eat - we cant help you on this occasion. Thieving from your customers is against the law . Give me my money back !!!
This company has a very odd way of doing business . I have just been emailed to say they are representing me in my car finance case ?? I am representing myself and have never agreed for them to do anything for me . Take me off your list!!
Thieves , missing items every single time . Wrong order delivered and no refund , only just eat credit . Now won't refund for more missing items . Something needs to be done , someone is making millions from us. Just absolutely outrageous. I'm going to take this further .
This delivery was super fast . However , the last one took 3 weeks !!

Excellent customer service . Kept up to date from purchasing the mirror right up up to delivery. I was given the mobile number of the delivery guy the day before so I could contact him if needed . Brilliant, why doesn't everyone courier provide this service ? Mirror is absolutely gorgeous too . Altogether a great stress free service .

Time for my renewal after I think 3 years and the quote has tripled in price Price per mile has increased from 4.3p to 20p The upfront charge from £240 to £750 . Such a shame as I really wanted to stay but the hike is exactly what I don't need or can afford so I've had to go elsewhere. The selling point for this company is no longer valid . It is now more expensive than every other quote which I recieved only yesterday . After speaking to by miles I was told that price increases are right across the board but that is not true at all . Shop around and you'll be surprised at just how much lower every other quote is compared to by miles . Very disappointed 😥

Brilliant products - magnetic posters that hang from a magnet on the wall which causes no damage whatsoever to the wall . Excellent quality and clear images , my son is very happy with his planet posters and they look great on his bedroom wall . Some damage in transit which I reported and replacements were sent out super quick without any issues . Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company 100% trustworthy .

Very distressing situation ... Do you remember the programme from 20 years ago where they set up camera to catch the salesman trying to sell a product to a vulnerable unsuspecting person ? Flattery to begin with . Then .... Personal comments about losing your husband ... Acting like your thier best friend ... Then the bad news that the loft has some type of damp ( moisture ) BUT DONT WORRY WE CAN SORT THAT OUT FOR YOU Then the salesman states his phone is broke and he can only use it on loud speaker. While he phones the office to get a reduced price for the job, he tells his boss how lovely his customer is and states she doesn't look her age ( 80 yes) and then tells his boss the moisture reading . His boss gasps in horror and says if the customer participates in a new scheme which consists of 3 surveys after the works carried out then she would be entitled to a 30 % reduction . Thing is the house already has adequate insulation and the house was boiling hot as always , the salesman was hot and so were we . The salesman got very angry when I suggested he leave us with the quote stating as soon as he walked out that door the reduction would go with him ( repeated over and over again ) He sat and argued with myself ( I am the homeowners carer ) I told him she was vulnerable and he just wouldn't listen and kept referring back to the homeowner to carry on with the sale . He even stated the homeowner was asked if she needed someone with her and she said no so with all respect it was nothing to do with me ...I was close to calling the police but he came to his senses and asked if he should leave which we all agreed he should . There was a lot more that happened inbetween which I will save for a response when needed . The salesman also phoned the homeowner later that evening and told that she had agreed then went silent ...she told him she hadn't and ended the call . She was then scared to go for her papers the following day and I stayed with her all that day because she didn't want to be alone . I phoned this company who the salesman works for and they were very concerned about this incident . A manager was supposed to ring me back today but sadly didn't get round to it as its obviously not a priority. I'd like to know what action they have taken ? I'd like to know why they think it's OK to not treat this incident as a serious incident . Elderly people should not be in a situation with a stranger who is asking for thousands of pounds within 30 minutes of meeting them no matter what service is being offered . Don't just blame the salesman, the company is responsible for their employees and the guy at the office making all the right noises and offering discounts for ridiculous reasons is also at fault . Its a joint effort and if I hadn't have been there they would have got thousands of pounds too . Shocking and very sad to think this is happening to our loved ones and the most vulnerable in our society .

Excellent delivery service. Got a text with the 1 hr slot and they delivered. Brilliant service ,even asked if I needed help with the parcel . Thank you .
Into my second week and everything's been great . Food is so delicious and easy to prepare and cook . No ingredients missed and delivered on time . Love how I now don't spend half of Saturday food shopping ...time better spent my my son and our dog 😁 its not just about have a delious meal every night , there are so many advantages to this service.
Ordered for the first time last week and booked the delivery for today . Arrived well packaged and checked the ingredients - all there . Cooked our first meal and it was absolutely delicious 😋 tastes like a chef prepared and cooked it. Great combinations which was very easy and straight forward . Loved how you can refer back to the app for cooking method which also has a timer for each step . So pleased I tried hello fresh as I was right off my boring food regime ...looking forward to tomorrow's delight . I'd say give it a go . As I was was tidying the kitchen I kept noticing my previous shop bought food and it's no wonder I went off it ! What a wake up call !
So I used a £15 off voucher that uber sent me for a local pizza place. The transaction said I had to pay an extra couple of pound for delivery and an optional tip which I agreed to . Then I got charged nearly £20.00 on my bank account. Uber then sends me an email saying it is a temporary charge and will be refunded soon ...it wasnt so when I emailed 3 days later they said I couldn't have a refund because it's been more than 48 hrs . Total scam . If they sent me an email to say I would get a refund why would I contact them within 48hrs ?? Absolutely disgusting to rob people . How are they getting away with this ? Why is this legal or allowed ?? I'm fuming 😡
