Be aware the bean bags need stuffing by hand on delivery…

While the product looks good, the bean bags chairs are delivered without most of the filling. You need to fill the bags on delivery yourself. As you can imagine, without specialist equipment, the material goes everywhere.

This is not clearly explained on the website.

For the price the bean bags should arrive already full.

Exceptional quality and first class customer service

2 years ago we ordered and took delivery of lots of furniture from Westminster. A pergola, an outdoor sofa, 10 outdoor chairs and a stunning slate table. Even a fire table and daybeds. We then moved to Greece to live by the Mediterranean. It was hot and very sunny, (and idilic). Sadly, it wasn't forever, so a few months ago we begrudgingly moved back to the UK and brought all our fantastic furniture with us. I am writing this because even thought the furniture was in the hot Mediterranean for sun 2 years, the items were in amazing, like new condition. Additionally, in the move some small parts of the pergola were broken, so I reached out to Westminster to ask to buy some replacements. I spoke with Juliet who immediately offered to send them out for free. I am incredibly grateful for this and felt compelled to share the quality and brilliant service here on Trust Pilot. The items they sell are not inexpensive, but I think you really get what you pay for, (and more), with Westminster. Highly recommended.

Utterly incompetent customer services when it goes wrong….

I recently moved and so before I ordered my clothing I changed my address. All the way though the order process my new address was shown on the order. When the receipt was emailed to me (once the order was completed) I noticed the delivery address was still an old address. I immediately emailed customer services (and even tried to reach them via the what’s app service) but they didn’t respond for 2 days. By that time the order was already on its way to the wrong address.

The customer services were unable to change the address and allowed Royal Mail to deliver the items to the wrong address. There isn’t a process to change or update items once they are dispatched.

What is unforgivable is that Hackett have just abandoned my order and refuse to take any responsibility for the issue. So, be aware, the online system is paper thin and will not work if there are any issues with your order.

UPDATE 24 Feb 25

Please note the response from Hackett below. Again, Hackett has just ignored the issue. The response from the Customer Team was vague and unhelpful so I replied asking for help which has gone totally unanswered. I have been a customer with Hackett for years, I will never buy from them again. Please heed this warning, the online shop is poorly administered if you have ANY issues. Just look at the other reviews....

Poor coms and unreliable...

To be fair, John never actually got around to quoting me to fix my car... I reached out to him via the Chips Away website and he got in touch. We chatted, I sent a photo of the chips and he said he would come and quote for the work, vaguely promised a Friday visit but never actually turned up. I text and emailed him, but he didn't get back to me. Seems an odd way to run a business. If this is how he quotes, imagine what his work must be like?

Great prices and exceptional customer service.....

I had a great experience with Sigma Sports. The team, Fiona and Nathaniel, worked really hard to help me with technical advice and support. I’m a novice building a new road bike..... I sent more than a dozen emails to them and they really made an effort to understand and answer every one!

Additionally the prices are great, but the sales team make using them a complete no brainier. Great prices and excellent support.

I wholeheartedly recommend using this company.
