Bike delivered ok but sent 2 messages as I thought there was a problem with the battery no one ever got back to me. I did manage to sort it myself but would have been sorted sooner if someone had bothered getting back to me.

Ordered chain and sprockets be aware

Ordered chain and sprockets. Sent 428 sprockets and 420 chain which are not compatible. Told it was a website problem as it doesn't state when you order that it will be 428 sprockets. They then told me they would get the chain sent next day (Saturday) as I was in a rush. It didn't arrive so phoned them again and they said sorry we didn't check your postcode so you wont get this until Tuesday!
My point is that when you select the sprockets it doesn't tell you if your getting 428 or 420 . When someone orders a front and rear sprocket and chain all together and puts in what bike its for there should be some way of catching that it doesn't match!

Thanks for taking time to leave us a review, sorry you have received the incorrect chain.

To clarify - we sent you exactly what you ordered and it would appear you selected the first option rather than clicking on the drop down box to select a 428 chain.

We did try to get this out for you as promised on 24hr delivery, but as you are so far North in Scotland that option is not available to us with any courier.

However, as agreed please return the incorrect chain and we will refund for you upon receipt.
