We were extremely impressed by this company. The whole process from first contact to fitting was 2.5 weeks, and the 2 people who came to do the fitting couldn't have been more helpful. We had cable laid underground to our garage and then the cable was taken through the rafters for a charger fitted to the outside wall. The electrician installed an external consumer unit next to the electric meter for the charger. We obviously paid extra because of the groundworks but the cost quoted at the start of the process was what we paid.
I would definitely recommend this company rather than trying to plough your way through the process required by your electrical supplier (which then takes 6 weeks to install after you've completed the detailed questionnaires!).

New charger installed today - looks great and connected straight away to my supplier. Got instant response when I asked a question via online chat.

Lovely cut glass tall tumblers and champagne glasses in presentation boxes which would make ideal gifts if required. We just bought them to use ourselves, to match other wine glasses and short tumblers we have bought from Denby in the past. They are always excellent quality and long lasting (haven't chipped at all, still look like new after years of use).
Order was dispatched quickly and promptly delivered.

I have bought loads of seeds and vegetables from Sutton's this year and been extremely pleased with the quality of everything.
However, I did have problems with 2 of the packets of seeds from which I only managed to get 1 small seedling each. I sent customer services an email and was extremely pleased when they phoned me up to apologise and sent me replacement packets of seeds, plus another packet for the inconvenience.

It would help if I could see the delivery date on the final page when I complete the order and also in the confirmation email sent afterwards. I've looked at my orders in history and I still can't check that I did indeed pick the correct date or that you picked it up ok.
