I downloaded this app to check out the content for the initial price of £5.49. Once I had access I realised it wasn't suitable for me so removed the app from my phone. Today they've deducted £31.98 for what I don't know?! I've emailed them and apparently the very small/invisible print somewhere has tied me into another subscription so they refuse to refund. What an underhanded way of extracting money. Disgraceful. I have emailed them at least 5 times and they refuse to refund.

I have received my coat today from Oliver Harris London, although due to the fact it has been internationally delivered it's obviously not from London.

The cheap looking label states Flex Supply. I'm so disappointed in the finishing, the quality and press stud buttons.

I've been waiting for this coat for nearly 2 weeks- what a let down and absolutely rip off for £80!! I can't believe I spent this much of my hard earned money on such an inferior product. Gutted.

Lesson learned - visit a shop in future and actually see the product..

Fraser was very helpful and speedy with his responses and options for payment, particularly for someone who has been out of study for a long time. My only feedback to improve my experience would be a discussion around how I link the qualification options with CIPD membership upgrades to cover all bases e.g. Chartered to Fellow. But overall very pleased with my initial experience with ICS learn

This furniture is the best garden furniture I have ever purchased. It is comfy and hard wearing. The only issue I have had is with the cover which is too flimsy and has unfortunately torn down the middle....

Very poor customer service from Matt. After ordering an additional blind to match another previously ordered. It arrived but was a lighter colour. After contacting Matt I received no support or advice no interest at all. So now stuck with 2 blinds that don't match and a wasted £200
