Had an 8pm appointment last night

Had an 8pm appointment last night. Nobody showed. Called Safestyle this morning at 8.15am. The answer machine message said they were now closed and to call back during office hours from 8am!!!!!
Arranged another appointment for today for between 2pm and 2.30pm. It's now 3pm and once again nobody has arrived. Not even a text. I am going out.
GOOD LUCK IF THIS IS THEIR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

The only communication that we received from you was an email saying that you had purchased the item as a birthday present which was no longer needed, and asked to return then item in unopened condition. We therefore gave details on how to return. There wasn't any mention of damage at the time, was this done at a later date or have you mixed this up with a different online order?
