Purchased a clothing rail for £29.99

Purchased a clothing rail for £29.99, paid for it by card online, and it was going to be delivered on the following Friday. 2 Weeks later, no delivery, no clothing rail, no proof of purchase, no order number, no invoice, NOTHING. I will be making a complaint to my bank to recover my money and also informing HMRC that you are trading in the UK without a paper trail. That is illegal, guys. HAVE A GREAT DAY, WOWCHER!!!!!

Haji Baba sold me lamb meat which was off and hazardous to health. The meat was giving off a disgusting smell. I took it back to the store and demanded a refund and some compensation, to which they refused. I will be escalating the matter to Trading Standards and Environmental Health.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with, placed order 15th May, delivery 21st to the 2nd of June.
It is now the 18th of June......GOT NOTHING.

Worst company to deal with

Worst company to deal with, deceivers....deceivers......deceivers.
Say one thing do another.
Ordered my item in early March, they said 3 to 5 days delivery, seen nothing, no delivery no product.
Refuse to give a refund.

This company refuses to accept blame…

This company refuses to accept blame for their inadequacies.
Why contact me again six months after the event?

So I will reiterate: -

Nasty experience with this company.
Nasty experience with this company.
Ordered item online and advised different shipping address to the billing address. Due to an error online postcode was correct but the rest of the address was incorrect. If dispatched then the item would be lost and the company would suffer.
So I rang customer support 5 times the following day to rectify address, REFUSED TO DO SO.
Blaming me for entering incorrect information, very rude.
CANCELED ORDER
I will take my business to a reputable customer-focused company.

We appreciate orders from anybody kind enough to purchase from us and always try to take feedback as a valuable tool to improve our products and services. However, your review is completely unwarranted and against the spirit of the Trustpilot platform. You inputted your address incorrectly (it wasn't an "online error"). Mistakes happen and it could have been rectified swiftly.

We would, of course, have liked to have shipped the order to an alternative address when you called in and the last thing we would want to do is to lose an order. However, fraud is rife and we are a responsible company, protecting our clients and cardholders. We, therefore, asked you for proof of your identity and address (it takes a few seconds to email a shot of a photo driving licence) -or we could have cancelled the order immediately so that you could re-order correctly and securely. The fact that you were instead suggesting that you drove many miles to pick the item up instead, naturally raised grave concern.

We re-iterate, whilst we are a business, we would prefer not to ship if the order is potentially fraudulent (bear in mind it takes under a minute to order with us without any such risks) to protect our loyal and valued client base.
