This company refuses to accept blame for their inadequacies.
Why contact me again six months after the event?
So I will reiterate: -
Nasty experience with this company.

Ordered item online and advised different shipping address to the billing address. Due to an error online postcode was correct but the rest of the address was incorrect. If dispatched then the item would be lost and the company would suffer.
So I rang customer support 5 times the following day to rectify address, REFUSED TO DO SO.
Blaming me for entering incorrect information, very rude.
CANCELED ORDER
I will take my business to a reputable customer-focused company.
