Bought a perfume, and since they did not have it in the store, I was told it would be shipped in a few days. Waited a month and still haven't been here. Contacted LV and was told that I was reimbursed to my CC, but I was not. Contacted my CC, and they told me that they do have lots of complaints from customers and they would take care of it. WORST company to deal with. STAY AWAY, expensive and poor quality and bad bad service

SUPER quality and very competitive prices specially in hard to find elsewhere items in Germany

I placed an order assuming was a German company, at least EU based but as soon as I made the payment I noticed the charge from a China Place. In less than 5 minutes I sent email back cancelling the order and they sent a mail back (right away) claiming the order was on its way and could not be cancelled but I could return it within 14 days. NO COMPANY packs and send goods within 5 minutes after placing your order. But I had paid with a very high end credit card (Black) and I contacted Paypal and the refund was done within minutes. If tgey sent the items withing 5 minutes after I placed the order, then I guess I just refurse the package and that is that BUT AT the end this people are noithing but a scam

According to their site, the company implies it is located in the NL and the site is .de meaning Germany. Now the items are sent from China and as usual for this business is just a DROP business where you order and pay someon in the NL and then China seller sends item to the address indicated and guess what? you cant even refuse the package because it will read "shippüer only, not seller" meaning you got it and that is that. Also even if it takes a long time to recieve you cant open a case anywhere because a few minutes after you place they will crerate a tracking number that will npot change statutus of "label created" for as long the item in on the boat to be handed to the local logistics company. You can take a chance but chances are that you will get some cheap item and YOU are stuck with it, even if you were to pa the 45 they ask for return fees, you will never get the rest...

This people delivers better quality than they offer in their site. 100% recomended in customer service, help with your original designs and very fast service.

First of all this company claims to be in Germany and it is not. Their cases are IKEA put-together kits but much cheaper than IKEA items. At least IKEA has the decency to give you tools and place holes and precut all the kit while here they send you wood pieces you can simply buy for a fraction of the price in any hardware store. In short, don't throw your money away with these people.

A BIG scam, they send you an IKEA-like kit but with the exception that ikea at least gives you holes and such to put together. In here you basically have to build it yourself and would be cheaper if you buy the wood and pieces to make it. A BIG SCAM,

I have bought 3 watches from this company and have another one ordered and been fitted to go next month, or before I hope. Yes, in another review I gave them 1 star and soon after all was clarified and now We are back in business. One thing is for sure, they do jump in to solve any issues and get them solved.

I bought a watch a while back and the order and delivery was excellent making me decide to continue doing business with this company. Unfortunately my second experience was far from satisfactory. The delivery date for the watch was supposed to be 10 days and it well past that due date by 10 days. It took me several phone calls before I got an answer about my purchase and promises of updated mails and calls to let me know about my order. So far the watch still has not been delivered and no information as to when (if ever) will the delivering will take place. Hope we don't have to get lawyers involved in order to get results. AT THE END ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND AS A MATTER OF FACT I HAVE ORDERED 2 MORE WATCHES
