Ordered saturday delivered monday, marvellous

Had all sorts of problems with my oven. Espares did all they could to help me to resolve them.

Champion Generator ordered on Wednesday 8th Jan, despatched the same day to DHL. Great service. Unfortunately, DHL then held on to the item. Rang Bimson Power on Monday 13th. Spoke to a very helpful lady who apologised for the delay and said she would chase DHL and ring me back, which she did and said DHL would deliver by 8pm that day. Generator arrived 2pm on Tuesday. Cannot fault Bimson Power. DHL- not so.

Sales staff very helpful, gave us all the options available - not pushy at all. Gave us a very good price with interest free credit. Delivered on the date promised by Stewart and Reece. Installed exactly where we wanted. Great service.

Dan was really helpful. He understood the issue and contacted the relevant department to gather info. He acknowledged the fact that I had raised this issue 6 months ago and had received no response.

Item ordered and next day delivery paid. Courier failed to deliver but item arrived the following day.

Item was delivered as ordered. Very well packed to prevent damage. Excellent service.

Almost impossible to get to talk to anyone. Checked renewal prices in December and again in January - each time was offered a different tariff- E-mailed to discuss but no response other than e-mail received and we will reply with 3-5 days or may be 10 days. Not impressed.
