Used numerous times and never had a…

Used numerous times and never had a problem. Sometimes it takes a problem to test a company and on this occasion Parcel2Go failed miserably. Parcel was never collected from access point and got no help whatsoever so ever with numerous emails. Will never use again after this.

Would give a zero if possible

Would give a zero if possible. Dropped parcel at access point and was never collected. Despite asking several times if someone could attend was fobbed off with we are contacting our department and will be in touch in 24 to 48 hours. Loved using this company before this incident but with level of customer service will never use again……stay well clear!

You lost a parcel and chat told me ask company to contact you. Company said I should contact you??? Went from drop off to local hub and arrived in National hub and went missing. You guys won’t be used again and others should steer well clear with your customer service!

Used these guys for years and never a problem until an order went missing with yodel. Yodel says get cex to
Contact them and CEX says contact Yodel??? Seriously guys customer service please. Until this problem rectified I shall never use either again

Shocking service

Shocking service. Waited nearly two weeks to receive an email saying due to staff shortages order was running late. Finally dispatched ten days after that and courier seems to have lost the delivered package. Sent an email to customer services as not answering phones and still not heard back after two days. Nothing but a joke

Shocking rate of missing parcels may force me to fold my business up. Cant be that hard, typed address label and you stick it in the letter box. If only they were ass efficient as they are at hiking their prices up twice a year.

Used in the past and no problem at all. This time sent a product to sell, Royal Mail tracking says delivered you say hasn’t arrived. Regardless the item is under your care and I should have received my money. Still waiting to hear from you after two weeks, very poor customer service this time around.

After reviewing your order, I can confirm that we did not receive a parcel under this reference. If the order is not received after 7 working days, all you need to do is contact our Customer Service and they will investigate further with the courier.

Delivered to the wrong address and was chased up immediately but customer service was shocking. How can online chat farmed out to another country be of any help to a customer looking to get in touch with a driver and help them by informing them that they have delivered to the wrong place. Seriously in this day and age woeful and absolutely bottom of the barrel.
