Delivered to the wrong address and was…

Delivered to the wrong address and was chased up immediately but customer service was shocking. How can online chat farmed out to another country be of any help to a customer looking to get in touch with a driver and help them by informing them that they have delivered to the wrong place. Seriously in this day and age woeful and absolutely bottom of the barrel.
