I joined Paystream as they had some good reviews on this site and promised they could set me up in a couple of days and pay directly into my own personal pension.

It took over 2 weeks before I was setup and this cost me a full weeks paid work.

Another month on and the pension payments have not been sorted so I am having to pay a huge amount of tax on upper earnings that I would rather avoid by topping up my pension.

You cna only contact them via email and each time a different person responds, when you reply it takes a day or two and then the reply is from someone else.

I suspect when things go smoothly they are good, but I tell a good company from a bad one based on how they deal with thtings when they go wrong and the simple answer is paystream just don't care.

I even said if they cannot resolve this then I will be forced to leave and they just said you can leave right away if you wish.

Great products at great prices, delivery (to UK) tends to be a bit slow, but aprt from that excellent.

I have been using Chainspeed for well over a decade now, their customer service is amongst the best I have sampled and rare in a world where people focus on price over quality or service.

Chainspeed manage to remain competitive on price and still have the time and inclination to ensure customers are looked after.

They also have a great deal of knowledge of their products and will sell you what you need rather than what gives them the best margin, this is why I always look here first for anything I need.

I wasted £9.99 on a report as t stated the vehicle would be checked for outstanding finance, accidents, Stolen, Written off, Exported etc.

The report I got just gave me some basic details such as the cost of tax each year and the MOT mileage history - handy, but of no use when making sure you are not buying a car that has been written off or has finance.

Total con merchants - avoid!

Overall very good, they (Ski World) had forgotten to provide out details to the airline (Norwegian Airlines) which caused a bit of aggro at the check in, but the airline handled it quickly and efficiently.

Apart from that it was very good, great chalet, amazing host, good food and perfectly acceptable wine (although I am no expert)

The Ski World staff in the resort all went beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone had a great holiday.
