I ordered a thingymabob and a dohickey and I've been waiting yonks, I know your up to some mischief and some shenanigans but I've got my Tony hawk Pro skater tournament next week and this is Purely outrageous, im not amused by this democracy manifest, send now.

As with other reviews.
Chainspeed took the money and didnt send the products.
Had to recall the payment with my credit card provider.
If purchasing from Chainspeed, use a Credit Card or PayPal so there is a dispute service to protect yourself.

AVOID!
Waited a month for a set of Barkbusters - no reply to emails, calls dumped....
Now with my CC company for a refund.

Wish I had seen these reviews but they seem to be a scam company. Take your money but don't deliver. Avoid at all cost. There is a reason they tend to be cheaper.

Think they just stole my money. Ordered in-stock bark busters To be delivered in 5 working days on the 18th of may it's now 7th June 23. Website has now gone down and phone is not being answered.

Ordered part. Quick to take money but nothing since. Now three weeks. Phone never answered. Online chat no response. Emails ignored. Reported to bank in an attempt to get money back. No other option.

Ordered a part (satnav Mount) over a month ago, I had to chase, I received no communication. The land line phone number comes back as ‘Not recognised’.Then I get a call from anonymous mobile number identifying as Chainspeed and apologising & telling me the part will be another 3 days. Another week passes and still waiting. Will not use them again,

I ordered and paid for a set of Barkbusters 2 weeks ago and started following up about a week or so later. Got through on the phone and was told they would be sent the next day, waited a couple of days, rang again, told they would sent out the same day - rang twice 2 days ago, 5 times yesterday, twice today... phone is not answered/call ended. No emails except the invoice, appalling communication, lies on the phone when you do get through, now not answering at all. Tried to use the "Live Chat" function - that just timed out after no response from them. Don't know what's happening with this company, but advise to avoid for now! Will be following up until I get a refund!

Ordered a set of handlebar guards, they didn’t arrive within the time stated on their website. I phoned, tried web chat, their advertised tracker system and emailed. Eventually I had a short response from ‘Shaun’ to say it would be with me Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, no guards. I have since tried again unsuccessfully to contact them numerous times. They do not respond to any form of communication.
Now with pay pal which takes a month to resolve before I get my £124 back and can order somewhere else.
Avoid this company, zero customer service.

Chased the balance of my incomplete order and was advised be with me in 7days……nothing so far.
What makes it worse is they didn’t even know the order was incomplete!

Partner ordered me a gift from chainspeed at the start of December 2021 to arrive for Christmas. Now 9 months on and many many false promises and straight up lies I still haven't received my order that was paid for straight away.
The various people at chainspeed when confronted with an issue just pass the issue on to someone else and so on and so forth.
The item I ordered is still up for sale by chainspeed and not 'out of stock' meaning other people can still buy this product.
My advice is if you can get the item from somewhere else then definitely do.
1 star is the lowest but I would have given 0 if I could because customer service has been non existent.

Its has been a month since I ordered and I haven't received my order. I have been told 3 weeks ago that it has been shipped but after several (5) messages about a tracking number, I still don't have it. 3 of those messages have gone without a response.

Ordered a set of footpegs, the wrong ones were dispatched. Swapped for the correct ones with the minimum of fuss, although I did have to pay for the postage

I had to chase the order after 3 weeks, to be told autoglym had changed the name of the product but it was exactly the same, just different name. I continued with the order and it arrived within 2 days, however what I got was specialised wheel cleaner, it was not the same as I ordered. We had some from a previous order and the one we received from chain speed smelt acidic I won’t be cleaning my bike with it.

Good experience and return was very fast and good communication

Very helpful people and a very good service, will use them again.
