Even i purchased tickets to didint happen, and i dindint recieve a refund

Bought tickets for 16 Feb Cricket
Despite emails before saying would be emailed or taken to hotel we were staying at NOtickets.
Thankfully we managed to buy some from another person in hotel who had spare.
Was part of a SA trip for husbands 60th
VERY poor, shame on you Frans and Emily

I ordered 2 tickets for the cost of £238.00 back in July last year 2019 for the one day cricket international at Newlands Cape Town South Africa v England. I was told at the time of booking there was not any e-tickets available but would be forwarded when available, during the period leading up to the match I tried many times to contact the Company by email without any response, there is also no telephone contact number available. I was starting to give up hope then received and email in January from them saying that the tickets were now available and would be sent to the address in Cape Town where I was staying. On arrival I received the letter there were 2 tickets for the railway stand not the Presidents Pavilion I had originally paid for, these tickets were of a fraction of the cost I originally paid and were sent from a different Company called Ticket Pro. I contacted them and was informed that exactly the same tickets had been also sent to seven other people and was advised to get there early before the other 7 ticket holders arrived.

Firstly - if there were NIL or Negative stars then that would have been my rating.
These people are simply THIEVES. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

In July 2019 we purchased tickets from them for the SA v England cricket series in February 2020. Despite many subsequent emailed enquiries (there is no telephone number for them) we have never received tickets for any of the matches.
Had it not been for the intervention of the wonderful people at Kingsmead Stadium, Durban, who very kindly gave us complimentaries for the matches that we could demonstrate having "puchased" tickets, we would have flown over 9,000km from UK to SA to see nothing!!

We ordered one day cricket tickets for Cape Town 4th Feb, took lots of emails before we finally received them Then on trying to gain access to the cricket we were told tickets were fake, absolutly disgusting, and embarrasing. No reply from them after sending e mails to ask for monies back

I think it's crazy that they marked up tickets such an absurd amount for a charity fund raiser! Here people are raising funds for the kids of our nation through a tennis event and these people took advantage of those wanting to take part or contribute! I hope they dont get away with this theft!

Do not use this company- they take your money, and that is the last you hear from them. No telephone number or physical address, and they don’t reply to emails or website messaging. South Africa Cricket are trying to deal with the scam, but finding it difficult

Rip-off deluxe. Paid nearly R10k for two Federer-Nadal tickets...and the tickets arrive; two Computicket tickets face value R1,500, NO reply to repeated emails, no telephone number or address. AVOID!

Please do not use this company, they take your money and then nothing, no communication, no tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Bought tickets for South African Test at Port Elizabeth.
Ridiculously overpriced and then they sent the wrong days. Had to purchase the second day at the ground.
I emailed to ask them to correct it but needless to say no response

Firstly I would like to say that yes we did receive our tickets for the cricket match at Newlands, Cape Town but only 12 hours prior to the game! Booked and paid for the tickets in May and was told that we would receive e-tickets in November. November came and went and the test was fast approaching and still no response to several emails that I sent chasing. Eventually 2 days before our flight to Cape Town I received an email saying that I wouldn't be receiving e-tickets but actually physical tickets, they couldn't be posted internationally and that we would have to have them delivered to our hotel in Cape Town. I was a little relieved but I was told that they would be delivered either the same day or next day and it actually took 4 days for them to arrive at the hotel, the night before the match! Totally unacceptable! And another thing, for 2 days of cricket for 2 people we paid £200 and the face value of the tickets in total was no more than £50....total rip off, oh and we weren't on the Oaks Grass bank as we paid for, we were in a stand! Stay clear....I will never use this company again!

Avoid Instaticket! Booked and paid R5970 for 3 tickets on Grass seating, Day 1 Newlands Cricket test. Had no response on multiple emails until 24 hours prior to game with very limited details on ticket collection site. We were instructed to collect the tickets before 11am at a Newlands hotel. On arrival , we were at a loss - hotel staff had no knowledge. Eventually we were approached by a group of casually dressed men in the hotel foyer who issued us the tickets. We were informed that we received an 'upgrade' to the Railway stand due to the grass area being at capacity. Tickets were originally printed by Ticketpro, allocated to a Mr Welch, at R230 each!! Daylight robbery! Never use Instaticket!

Never received R10k worth of Cape Town 7s tickets and no response to emails. We are very disappointed this was a scam. Don’t buy anything from them they just steal your money

Terrible depressing service we purchased 5 tickets for Newlands England v SA in July 2019 and despite numerous e mails have only received two tickets despite the money being taken promptly. We have travelled from the UK for this and it is a great disappointment. This company are a total scam and action should be taken to stop them trading. So angry and disappointed. It’s not a good reflection on SA.

Did eventually get the tickets after much hassle at 10am on the morning of the cricket but totally disorganised and o would never use them again.

Terrible Service - still no tickets for the cricket on the 3rd & friends have travelled all the way from UK - no number to call or Office address - seems these guys are not a genuine Business & would never recommend... 😢

/recieved tickets for Newlands just very close to the game. Sam Best did his best and apologised for the delay and got the tickets delivered to our hotel the same day.

Purchased tickets in July for the 1st day of the 2nd test and have had no reply to my e-mails, what a shame of a company. They are portraying South Africa has a country that con people out of their money and do not honour there commitments. Corrupt to say the least.

Ordered my tickets for Cape Town test and Port Elizabeth in June, money went straight out and still not received tickets. Have emailed a few times and had no reply. Fly out on 2nd January worried now

I have had the same experience as the other reviewers for Newlands cricket tickets. My money was taken in October . No tickets despite a number of emails. How can they be allowed to trade.
