Was pleased

Ordered a couple of checked shirts alongside a couple of t shirts and tops. Had to send the tops back as the fitting wasn’t great, too wide at the neck.
All the rest was fine.

Ordered a personalised glass for a 40th…

Ordered a personalised glass for a 40th gift, according to the delivery time frame would be delivered in time for the 12th January. Still hasnt arrived and have left 2 messages and not a single response!

Initially a bit disappointed that the product didn’t arrive in time for my cousins 40th Birthday (no fault of Keep it personal but a problem with Royal Mail) spoke with Nathan who immediately offered me solutions, I opted for another one to be sent out, which arrived today! Exact words from my cousin ‘well worth the wait’ I saw the picture and I have to say very happy with it, great quality glass and engraving.
Will definitely be using this company again!

Nice and easy process to order

Nice and easy process to order, was pleased with the follow up call. But.... unfortunately needs were not met from delivery point, as I was told on the phone not to worry if I couldn’t disconnect the old cooker the delivery guys would and take it away. This was not the case as the delivery chap said he wasn’t an engineer and wouldn’t be able to do so! So they delivered but I was left with an old cooker I then had to pay for to be taken away!! So not happy!!!

Visit this Cinema quite regularly

Visit this Cinema quite regularly, sometimes 2/3 times a month but recently been seeing it go downhill. Nothing prepared us for yesterday!!
Walked in and the place had a dirty feel to it. We went over to the counter to be served, to be very frank, by a very miserable member of staff. I thought i would be diplomatic and ask if he was having a bad day, to be told, he had just started (7pm). I couldn't believe my ears!
We then stood aside to download our offer code, we were approached by the manager to see if we were ok and needed any help, which was nice.
I did ask him if I could have a quiet word, to which he responded if I could give him a few mins and he will be back, I addressed my issues and his first comment was "he (the chap that served us) was called in as they were under staffed and he was having to serve and clean the screen". I said that wasn’t my problem and it was not acceptable to be treated this way, At first he looked at me in a way that I didn’t expect and then after I continued with my concerns he apologised half heartedly and said he would have a word.
Once we manged to struggle and finally download we moved over to the counter again, only this time the member of staff was too interested in looking at his phone than looking up.
We got our tickets, and decided to grab a bite nearby as we had some time before the film started.
The one advantage and reason we choose to come here is it is convenient to park and there are a few places to eat within the leisure complex and we used to enjoy the cinema experience.
We returned and I went through while my friend got her popcorn and drink, the member of staff that served her this time seemed to have a better and more friendly approach but the counter was not busy at this point and he could have cleaned up.
Once we sat and started enjoying our film we were made to feel very uncomfortable by a couple of lads who were up and down the isle, pushing one another onto some people who were seated in front of us. During the film a few of us turned to look around as we could smell weed, which was shocking!!!
Things didn't end there as we left we went to the toilets which were filthy!! toilet paper coming out seats were disgusting!!
Luckily I had a Radar key due to my disability so was able to use the disabled toilets. There was loo paper in the foyer outside in two places too!
This is what we saw. Pictures say it all im sure....we won’t be coming back until we have some assurances.
