Its not the product

Its not the product, its the service. Home Depot sucks BIG time when it comes to service.
Try calling the store, your call is typically NOT answered and if your call is answered, you are typically "disconnected" or placed on hold for long periods and often transferred to the wrong department... Dealing with Home Depot is usually a horrible experience.
Not only this but their web site forces cookies on your computer, they force you to agree to their terms when placing a review, they force you to speak into their automated calling system (recording and saving your voice for data collection purposes) and they share ALL your data with the government. AVOID Home Depot as much as you can.

I have not had access to my network drive…

I have not had access to my files for over a week.
This is unacceptable. The whole point of having a network drive is to have access wherever you go.
WD needs to find a resolution immediately. It's ridiculous to expect clients to wait until one day in the future to have access.
FIX THIS NOW WESTERN DIGITAL.
STILL NO remote access... 8 days and counting!

6 days to book ONE flight & they STILL messed me up

6 days to book ONE flight to Costa Rica. Calls disconnected 20 times in total. On Jan 24, 2023, 1 day before flying I see that my seat was changed.
I called & spoke with Gerardo Alvarega - Supervisor
He says the Agent who booked the seat cancelled the seat and repositioned my seat after confirming I had an exit row with no seat in front of me.
Now, they gave me the last row with no leg room in front of me. He says they cant do anything for me because its too close to the flight time. Yes, I PAID for my exit seat!!!
This is the WORST airline I have EVER had to deal with. NEVER AGAIN.
UPDATE: As of March 2, 2023 I still have not received my full refund. They take your money immediately but won't even reply to a complaint that THEY demand I send to get my money back. This is FRAUD.

Once you sign up seems you're stuck

Once you sign up, this company makes it incredibly difficult and time consuming to close and or delete your account.

They lie about the email address you can use to contact support.

They lie about how to delete and cancel your account and data collected by them.

They are not responsive through the "support" chat.

I urge all readers to avoid using this company's product(s) or any company that has bad reviews. That's the way to keep these companies in check and make them more accountable for their conduct.

I have been paying for 1.5gig internet…

I have been paying for 1.5gig internet service since July 2022 and have been experiencing intermittent service along with VERY slow speeds.
They have now replaced the modem twice and when they do I get really good speeds on all my (15) devices until I have to call in to have the modem registered so my phones will work on their modem. AFTER sitting on hold for hours with the occasional conversation, they do something to mess up my service again only to have 10% of the speeds I am paying for again and for them to tell me its because I have 15 devices on the network.
So, my speeds are great with 15 devices BEFORE calling in and slow after calling to be frustrated and have my service cut by 90%? How stupid do they think people are? VERY!

Update: they sent out a technician who was really keen on fixing the issue, 4 hours later it was fixed. The next day around noon, the 3rd modem dies... No internet or wifi on a Friday and hoping another tech comes out Saturday afternoon. Just when I thought the nightmare was over...
These huge companies have to be broken down and competition needs to be allowed to flourish. Bell and Rogers are complete 💩 and they charge more than most companies around the globe.

MORE pathetic service at Bell

How can I give a ZERO star rating?
Due to a "technical issue", pathetic front line workers and their refusal to escalate the call to someone who knows more and over all terrible service at Bell, I am unable to log into my account, pay my bill or get help to resolve the issue.
I have a call back ticket 61432755 written by Adrien ID #EZ 6948 (who was unhelpful and frustrating to deal with). Now I have to wait another 2-3 hours from them to (maybe) call back.
This is why I moved my mobility account to a competitor.

Chatr SCAMMER

I gave my son a phone plan with Chatr. However I also found a better deal with another company. As a result, I had the number ported to the other company but my account remained active with Chatr. Now that I want to delete my credit card and ensure the account was closed, I have to wait on hold for over 1 hour to speak with a live person. I am still on hold after one hour...

I cannot delete anything through the app or on my account profile. This is absurd.
Once I was connected, the rep. removed my card, made a credit then the call was dropped before I could confirm everything...

HOW F_ING Pathetic is it when a company will make it easy to add features and make payments but force you to waste a day on hold to ensure they do their job and DELETE your account?
DON'T USE THESE SCAMMERS.

RING has rung the wrong number

RING, RING PRO, RING STICK UP & Support are all a waist of money.

I have had several RING products for many years. I have lived through several firmware updates and product changes. NEVER have these products lived up to their promised qualities.

The point of having a RING product is to give the customer a sense of security but how can you feel secure when notifications lag? How can you feel secure when the product is unreliable? or when you cannot get a live view in a few seconds or 5 minutes... yes, after the intruders have stolen all your possessions and left...

When I call in for support, I am always advised it has to be my Wi-Fi strength. Well, I have giga service throughout my home and I have all new Cat 6 CMP cables to the doorbells and have done several signal tests to confirm it is NOT my Wi-Fi signal strength.

In short, don't waist a dime on this product. The competition has come out with better, more reliable hardware that does not require you to pay annually for video storage. You can store all your data on your own drive(s) at no additional cost.

Western Digital ending support

I have a Western Digital network drive that has been with me for years. Though I have had to replace a drive, it has done me well. Over the years however, Western Digital has reduced the features offered when I bought the drive (which were determining factors in my purchase). Today, I received yet another email now stating they will STOP SUPPORTING the drive all together and in the next few months I will NO LONGER HAVE REMOTE ACCESS to my drive. In other words, buy a new one or you're on your own.

People, this is NOT right. WESTERN DIGITAL should not be allowed to do this, its unfair to all those who have perfectly working drives. Other companies have done this unsuccessfully and had to rethink their bad decision because too many people threatened to dump their products and not replace them. If WD does go through with this, I will not buy another WD drive again and other consumers must follow suite. There are others out there we can buy from.

RING gone wrong

I bought a RING doorbell years ago and quickly found that it was not all that reliable but because this technology was new, it was the best available (at that time). Over the years, I added RING doorbells to my plan and found that the reliability never improved and the company began to reduce the quality of service. I always disliked that they keep my videos on their cloud (server). Clients have no way to save data exclusively on our cloud thus are forced to pay for annual plans.
Recently, RING "CHANGED" the way in which clients can access our data, removing the ability to access videos via a PC and have added "Ring reserves the right to change this offer, our subscription plans, or pricing for our services or any components, at any time, effective as of the beginning of your next billing period." to their terms of use.
There are now a wide variety of better products on the market and its time to say goodbye to this company and their strangle hold on my data and money.

POOR SERVICE NEVER IMPROVES

I purchased the product which was shipped as a priority. The vendor suggested using UPS. I paid for shipping and was advised I would receive the product 2 days ago. 2 days ago I received a rescheduling notice stating the package would be delivered yesterday. Yesterday it did not arrive. I called UPS who told me the package was sitting at customs and that somebody would call me back with the cost of duties but nobody called back. Today I called back and was advised that it's still at customs and that it will take another 24 hours for the processing of the package. I am now supposed to call UPS back again tomorrow which makes it 3 days late when the package was supposed to be shipped as a priority. UPS has delayed shipment of my product due to poor scheduling and poor service.
Many years ago I vowed not to use UPS again because of the poor service I received back then. I thought maybe things have changed but clearly they have not.

DO NOT USE UPS, THEY SUCK DELIVERING PRODUCT ON TIME.

I called Optimalprint a few times trying to get help with their Photobook layouts and sat on hold for over 35 minutes.
Seriously, how is it these companies get away with refusing to help potential customers?
How is it managers of these companies done have the sense to realize that if they don't provide service to prospective clients, the client will go elsewhere.

Frigidaire "Professional" from a not so Professional company

I purchased a Frigidaire "Professional" refrigerator last year. It was deemed defective and therefore replaced. I received the replacement on May 2, 2020, it too was came with several defects namely: the doors were warped (2 replaced and still waiting for the third), the compressor is noisy, the water dispenser doesn't dispense cold water as the sales person advised, frost builds up in the fridge and I get freezer burn in my freezer. As such, I have thrown out $$$ of dollars in food. I have had the repair company attend my house at least 5 times, Frigidaire refuses to escalate my issue to a manager willing to take the call (they hide behind the front line workers). I am stuck with a defective fridge costing thousands of dollars and repairs that still have yet to be performed on this defective unit.
Electrolux owns Frigidaire and I cannot get anyone to resolve the defective product issues after 7 months.

Nespresso Client care is nothing like their coffee

I had a Nespresso Machine that was working okay for the most part. The only issue I had was that it didn't heat my coffee perfectly but it was acceptable.
I was at Costco where they had a promotion on. The representative told me the new machine was better in a number of ways and so I bought it. At home, I set it all up and it was nothing like the unit I just returned. I called Nespresso customer service who was nothing more than a useless. Long times on hold, lots of verification questions and no resolve.
Today, I called to order the coffee I want using the promo code given with my new purchase. I can't order curb side pick up on line, the representative could not take my order if it were for curb side pick up and again I waisted another hour of my day.
In the end, this is my recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM ANY COMPANY who does not provide excellent customer service. This includes reasonable respect for your time on the phone.
I would not buy another Nespresso machine for just this reason, why bother?

I inserted my email address and not one of the 150 (in only a few hours) who sent me a note responded to the address. I didn't have a picture and many of the apparently interested members commented on how "hot" I was...
Each message cost you a dollar and no doubt they have bots writing you back to increase their revenue.
Don't waste your time or money.

Sonos Review

I purchase my first Sonos connect amp many years ago. At that time customer service was quick, easy and accessible. Over the years customer service has gone down tremendously and their "service" hours have shrunk. When they make updates to the system, they drop features and make you're overpriced equipment more obsolete as time goes by.

I would not recommend Sonos if you intend to expand to more than 2 units. I would not recommend Sonos unless you actually have a professional install them, which adds to the cost and therefore you may be better off buying another product which would be less expensive and equally good in terms of sound quality.

Bad Client care from Nike and Converse

I started calling
Nike about 6 months ago (June 2017), it was one number after another and of course everyone I spoke with said they were sorry for the inconvenience I was experiencing...
On October 31, 2017 (after four months of attempting to report the separation of my ALL STAR - Converse soles from the rubber trim), I reached Leslie who took all my information and sent it to "the right department". Eventually a "Greg" called. After they claimed not to have any of the colour choices I asked for - including the colour of the defective shoes of course) Greg was prepared to replace mine with another style. I asked for a few days to see them at a store before making my decision and he accepted.
Within the week I called back to confirm the pair I wanted but received no reply yet again. Several weeks later some guy named "Kev" called to say "Long story short, Greg is no longer with us". I found this Kev guy quite offensive as he denigrated the previous employees work ethic while telling me he would not honour the previous employees promise to replace the shoes with another style. He also claimed the exact replacements for my defective shoes had been shipped "as we speak" - about three weeks ago. I have not received a confirmation of them being shipped and no shipping confirmation from the shipping company either.

Not happy at all with the way Nike/Converse "services" their clients.
I wont be buying Nike or Converse products again as a result.
