I bought the wrong microwave by mistake, & returned it yesterday. The assistant could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to find me the correct one. I made other purchases, & again he did everything for me, & I left Curry's feeling very happy with the service.

My one big fault with my Beko American…
My one big fault with my Beko American style fridge freezer is that very valuable space is lost in the top freezer drawer where the water tank is housed. Pictures should be shown on line when purchasing, where it is. I do not use the water dispenser, needing the space more. It is a beautiful appliance, very well made, but had I seen more pictures of the inside, I would not have purchased it. Sorry about the low rating.

Choosing British Gas as my provider for gas & electricity.
I found switching to British Gas very easy. Everything was explained in detail, which meant that all I had to do was give a meter reading for Gas & Electricity, simple as that. Also I had the added benefit of a free Boiler cover for 1 year.Very happy with my decision.

I received a letter from Green Star…
I received a letter from Green Star Energy, telling me that my Direct Debit was to double from next month to £220. Also they stated that my account was reviewed every 6 months.That has never been the case. Originally I was put on a 1 year fixed rate plan. Worst thing I ever did. After the year my bills soared, to me owing over £700 no matter how hard I cut back on Electricity use, especially in the Summer when all my laundry went outside. I spoke to the company & was fobbed off repeatedly. They also said that my Smart Meter was not recognised by them & a new one would be installed. That was months ago. I am going to ask advice from an Independent advisor & fight my case AGAIN.
