Perfect picture.

We customised our mural and it arrived to our requirements and arrived in the specified time scale.
Installation instructions were clear and helpful.
Only disappointment was that, once the wall paper dried the strips shrank slightly leaving a little gap between the lengths, even though we butted them right up to each other.
The overall image is great...just doesn't pass close inspection.

His suggestions made common sense based on what we needed the machine for.

Great flour. Slow service.

The product is perfect. We love Matthew's flours. However, the delivery service is slow. On average it takes a week to get your oder. Amazon Prime usually get their deliveries to you next day. A week in the delivery world is snail like.

Good service...at a price.

Bought two lots of tickets recently. First set were posted out quickly. Second set were e-tickets. All sorted very quickly, no dramas.
Can't give 5 stars because, like all ticket purchases these days, it's a lot of money.
Big ticket prices, booking fees and other add-on fees.

5 stars for a reason

Rang up for advice about replacing a faulty valve on my Fender Blues Jnr. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable (as always) and knew how to help with my problem. As I have moved out of Sheffield now, they kindly mailed out replacement parts for me. They arrived within a couple of days. Fitted the new valves in pretty quick...job done. Thanks guys.
I now live in rural North Yorkshire and have to say I miss the luxury of having a great music shop, like Rich Tone, that I could just nip in to, any time, even if it was just to have a look at what new, in the shop, and have a drool!!
Nice to know you are still there, even if I'm not!

Part came on time but wasn’t the right part. I put in all the right details for my Dyson machine and was steered to the item was in stock. But on arrival... didn’t fit. My fault, their fault?
