Received two lovely products in my first online order from Kate of Kensington, (other purchases were made at my local garden centre). Approximately 9 days from ordering to being received so not too long to wait and packaged well for transit...perfect! Another order due imminently of my first "seconds" large platter and I'm looking forward to receiving that too. Only 4 stars I'm afraid this time. Wanted to purchase a "bumblebee mug" but unfortunately unavailable as out of stock. However, and the reason for the 4 stars, is that you could purchase one if you had it personalised making it an obviously more costly purchase. If they are available for personalisation, then they should be available if this option is not wanted, after all, it's exactly the same mug! Don't worry tho Miss E.B. as you won this one and my daughter will soon be the proud owner of a "Busy Bee" mug

Holiday Cottages during this trying Covid19 time. Yes it's frustrating having to wait, but as there are many more people also in the same predicament with holidays needing to be re booked departing earlier than your own, patience is needed! When my "turn" finally came around, the change over was simple and efficient. I managed to speak to a very pleasant young man by phone just before the website was allowing to reschedule as I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the bungalow in Goathland for myself and my 87 year old dad for the only remaining week in June 2021 which was necessary. He swapped it for me straight away and the price had fell by £29 too which was a bonus. Well done Sykes's for your help, the information updated regularly on your website, and of course your customer service team.
